Hi Daniel, I have a question. So far I have two commercial clients, and this was from organic Facebook marketing. But as I try to look for more here’s what I thought of possibly doing. Which method or idea would be best? Since I haven’t rlly done much cold emailing or ads primarily for commercial. -Cold Email Business Owners/Property Managers -Cold Call -Go in person introduce myself/services and leave a business packet - Ads ETC Those are the options I thought of, but curious which would be more lucrative and better.
How to make $60,000 MORE profit
If you run a cleaning business with recurring customers, there is a simple way to make more money. - Bill every 4 weeks instead of every month. - There are 13 four-week periods in a year. - But only 12 months. That means you get paid one extra time each year without doing more work. To customers, it still feels like monthly billing. Sales usually stay the same. But for the business owner, revenue goes up about 8%, and most of that turns into profit. - šŸ‘ Example: Let’s say you have 600 customers paying $100 per month. That’s $1,200 per year per customer. If your profit margin is 20%, you make $240 profit per customer. That equals: - $720,000 in revenue - $144,000 in profit Now switch to billing $100 every 4 weeks... Each customer now pays $1,300 per year. Profit per customer becomes $340. Now your totals look like: - $780,000 in revenue - $204,000 in profit Same customers. Same cleaning work. $60,000 more profit.

week 2 Accountability
Hey Everyone … here’s an update that I want to share … - Had 2 interviews this week - first one was ok not a lot of experience and the second one is a cleaning business owner with 15 years of experience and 20 employees, whos looking for post -construction/ janitorial work . We had a great conversation and he is open to working together in the future . We didn’t sign agreements but I did get all his information on an onboarding form I created in google. Will reach out to him in the near future since I’m currently focusing on finding subs for residential clients. - Have 2 interviews set up for next week - šŸ™ŒšŸ¼ !

If you want real success and a better life, there has to be a decision. No plan B Go all in or stay average And at some point, being average starts to suck. Everyone has the same 24 hours, but the people who win are the ones who make time for the calls and put themselves around other driven people. There’s a reason Cougar shows up to almost every call and has a thriving business. Same with John, Sam, and Sharon. They prioritize this. They do what’s required.
