I'm a self-improvement flunky. I read all them books: from Tony Robbins to even L. Ron Hubbard. I flunked 'em all. Lemme tell ya what's worked for me... Then I'll tell ya why. What worked for me: 👉Build a community of people I love. 👉Give them tools of leverage. What is leverage? Something that: 👉Saves them time, money or energy. 👉Makes them more money. 👉Helps them feel better about themselves. 👉Raises their status with others. It took me a few decades to figure out... I'm not the most disciplined person. I'm not good at motivating myself. So... I stopped trying to "be" unstoppable and shizz. But... When I found a FUN WAY to help folks I love get leverage... AKA LOVERAGE! 😃 I started getting up at the crack of dawn without needing to whack the snooze button fifty-eleven times. Funny enough... The more FUN I have... The more money I make. I know there are tons of more disciplined and motivated people than I. They can make an impact and money, somehow, even when they hate it. That's not me. If it's not fun... I'm gonna flunk out. If it's not fun hun, I don't want none. If you flunked out of Jim Rohn U, Tony Robbins' UPW, or Law of Attraction Mumbo Jumbo... There's hope. EVERY BIDDER telling you HOW MUCH THEY'LL PAY. That's what I call Ready-to-Buy-NOW. If ya know what you're doing... RTBN leads close at 50% to 80% in a DM. Last week I ran a Skool pop up auction in one of my communities. I did $13,000 for about one hour's “work” pressing buttons. (Not much for me to deliver afterwards either.) That’s almost triple the median U.S. monthly income. If I wanted to make that kind of money in a TRADITIONAL investment like SPY… I’d need $100,000 and to wait 1 1/2 years at roughly 9% growth (on average)… And I can’t use that $100,000 while I’m waiting! It’s tied up… But with a community… I CAN do it again next month (or sooner). And the next month after that AND…you get the point! Hope this was like a bowl of inspiration cereal! I downgraded my Zoom account purposely so I only have 40 minute meetings now. Way to get to the nitty gritty for me and for those on my calls. Working wonderfully so far. I even do this for friends and family too!
