Could you make a video addressing some of the positives to look out for in recovery and how to look for them? What kind of indicators people may have so they can see progression, as I for one know that we can tend to get bogged-down with all the negativity of symptoms etc and it's nice to reframe things and change our point of view Also a video on how to address thinking traps with recovery (kind of ties into my first suggestion but with more of a focus on overcoming the 'what-ifs' that can pop up)
