How'd everyone's day go?! It's 9pm, no more tv. Time to read a book. And I got a nice workout in, stayed hydrated all day, going to bed half hour early today, and have my plans for tomorrow already.
Day 5 Teaching - Physical Stewardship Principle

MOVE INTENTIONALLY TODAY Choose one: - Complete your daily challenge workout - Walk 20+ minutes - Hit 10,000 steps - Run/walk intervals - Stretch or mobility work - Push-ups every hour 2. Going to do the daily workout challenge, plus crunches, squats, and pushups every hour. Not too much coffee today, Ill drink more H2O. And I'll do no screens after 9pm and attempt to go to bed 1/2 hour early

Hows Day 5 going? It sure is going good here. Since Monday, Id say I'm improving in my health and habits and my father and husband/wife and daughter relationships.
Today's workout- Beast mode on!
200 squats, leg extensions, leg bends, seated leg presses, pull ups, 400 pushups, 150 crunches, 100 arm raises, and approximately 4.1 miles
