Just sold a $7k Financial Dashboard in 30 min bc I used Ghostcode to whip up a demo
Guys, I'm serious, the power of a demo is unreal! I had a meeting with a prospect monday. They didnt get me what i needed until an hour before my follow up call with them today. when i finally got to it, it was 30 min before the meeting and i gave it all to Ghostcode and in less than 30 min really i had a fully interactive demo ready for my meeting. Now this wasnt some gimicky demo that was on some random infra, no no. It was all on the exact infra that I would actually build the product on why do i do this? bc I'm that confident they are going to close and so when they do i literally just have Cursor then continue to cook on the exact features and requirements. the power of automating your process is nuts, literally so nuts! When the client *saw* the dashboard all ready to go and looking like exactly what they had wanted, they were blown away. Then with some talk about how I operate on payment, my warranty period, and the no mandatory retainer lock in, it was smooth sailing from there. The best part? This is literally going to help them so much and I cannot wait to build it out for them. We're going to be pulling in financial data from all sorts of locations like tik tok shop, amazon, shopify, and quickbooks all so they can see and own their own data. This will obviously lead to lots of ai implementations in the future etc But for now were focusing on data aggregation, refinement, display, manipulation, projection, and understanding. CEO was onboard all bc they could see and feel it before having to say yes. What's working for you? // oh and my 10 free beta spots for the Ghostsuite filled up all before I woke up this morning 😱 So if you weren't able to get on that short list, that's ok, at least you are here! What you should do is go checkout my flagship product that is already in production: Ghostsign If you started or are thinking of starting an ai agency, you need to be using Ghostsign as your ai first sow and proposal research, generator, and signature platform!

Excited to try out Ghostsuite!
I need 10 people who are serious about their agencies
What’s up everyone! Since yall are the best of the best I wanted to give you front row seat access to my beta of the Ghostsuite. I’ve been hustling as an agency owner for the past 3 years now and I bounced around so many different tools and platforms my head would get dizzy. Some of them had a nice feature or 2 but another had something better but was worse in other ways. So I literally just stopped. Did the bare necessities with what the gsuite could offer me. That is until I started Ghostcoded and it started to get busy. Like really busy! I couldn’t keep up and I was letting things slip through the cracks, or I wasn’t tracking efficiently, or even worse: was losing out on deals bc I could get to them all! So one weekend I was finally done and I built Ghostsign. Proposals and signatures had always been the biggest pain in my butt so I finally just took care of it with my own solution! That has now evolved into several different tools like: - Ghostpay - Ghostrack - Ghostpost - Ghostcode - Ghostchat These tools have all been built for a very specific and potent purpose. It wasn’t just from an idea I *thought* would work, I built it off of a very painful pain that I knew would work. So now that I’ve built it for myself and am using them all every single day, I’m ready to share it with 10 Of yall or others if no one here is interested in making their agencies sooooo much better. Here’s the deal: I give you free access to the Entire Ghostsuite and everything I build in it. You get priority support and requested features etc. And in exchange, you give me ur honest feedback and a review of any kind talking about your experience using the tool. I’d also like to track your metrics of like how the suite has helped and improved your agency. Your move! The first 10 who dm me will get the spots! Any questions?

Here's how I closed an *intro* project with an enterprise client for $5k with a $500/mo retainer
What's up guys! Been a busy season for me working to scale up my agency. Things are starting to stabilize, so expect more frequent content on here! I just closed a project with an enterprise company (they're making about $5.5 million each year, have several employees, and are growing fast) and I went about it a bit differently. My original approach was to get an intro call with them, discuss their vision, document it all, produce a detailed scope of work, and then sell them on the *idea*. That has worked well, but I have also lost several deals bc the *idea* wasn't enough to justify the price, even when I used value based pricing. So recently I have adopted a new strategy: The v0 approach. What is the v0 approach? Well it is the idea that once you have your first meeting and you have gathered initial requirements, then you go and you build a "demo" version of what they are looking for. This means you put in the minimal effort to get *something* to work. Once you have this, then you send them a loom going over the demo and showing them how freaking cool it is and showcasing what *you* are capable of. When they see this it conveys a couple of things: 1. You have already invested time and money in this project 2. You are competent and are able to produce a real product quickly 3. You care enough to give them your time When they see this, the value of your project has just gone up. So at this point, they haven't even seen your proposal yet, they have just seen this product you have already built for them. Then from here, you schedule your "closing" meeting. The great thing about this meeting is that they now know exactly what questions to ask, they can point to exact locations on your "already started project" and give you exact details for the project. So now you have gained their trust, they are excited, and you have dialed in exactly what they want from the project. Now it is time to close. With the enthusiasm in the air, you walk them through what you are going to build for them and give them the price.

Nice work! I like the idea, what made you think of trying an approach like that?
This was my wife's birthday gift: A Recipe Agent!
In this Loom I show you how I built my recipe agent for my wife, so she can organize her recipes and I do not have to go searching for them. It has two parts, ingestion and consumption. For ingestion, you upload images or PDFs, Gemini analyzes them, then an AI agent generates SQL from the database structure and inserts the extracted recipe data. For consumption, a chat interface lets her search, create, update, and delete using SQL with session memory. The principles taught here can be applied to both personal and enterprise use cases where AI agents are desperately needed. Tell me what you're building these days! Happy Weekend!

@Tanner Woodrum Ya forsure! I'm using this project as an opportunity to work on a few different skills so it works with a local model I'm attempting to train and Discord! Any advice is welcome.

@Curtis Garrard Curious why you choose Notion. I have limited experience with it, what do you like about it?
