Only 1 of my posters sell?
I set my shop up in February, I’ve had 4 sales since and all 4 have been the same poster. Has anyone else had this? I’d like to think my other posters are pretty good but nothing else has sold. I know it’s only 4 sales so it could change but I’m thinking maybe I need to get my advertising and/or seo better. Admittedly, I was adding to my shop for about a month and I haven’t added to it since March. So I still need to add the frames and get a lot more posters on there which I’m going to start doing this week. Here is my shop, any critique, suggestions and reasons why you guys think only one of my posters sell, please let me know. 'Everywhere else' postage fee?
Hi guys I just got my 2nd order this one was in EU1, I only just realised on my listing, postage to UK and USA is free but when I click on everywhere else, the postage has a fee. Is this my issue the way I've set it? I tried to look for an option to change that but couldnt really see anything but I want to put my postage fee into the actual price (like I've done for UK/USA) so that it says its free delivery

First sale! Quick question
Just got my first sale, was over the moon when the notification came through! The item that sold was my first listing and I think I listed that 3-4 weeks ago. My only question is, I sent the order via print shrimp, so I went on etsy and completed the order, I take it that I was right in doing this? My only concern is I guess it technically isnt complete until it arrives, idk. I added on the notes that the tracking number will be added to the order as soon as I get it. Is this what you guys do or have I done it wrong lol

@Steve Kayser But if you wait then it means you are delaying your dispatch speed on etsy no? That was only my 1st sale so idk exactly. But as soon as I made the order in print shrimp, I marked it as complete on etsy because my part is basically done, I've acknowledged and then put the order into manufacturing. My logic was that way the customer gets an email telling them the order has been sent. I suppose the order hasnt physically been sent, but its been sent to print shrimp to start creating. So although that is the case, if your delivery times on etsy are accurate then its fine doing it that way I think. When I marked the order as complete, etsy gave the customer an expected delivery between march 16-19, and because I dispatched it within my 24hr window I set on etsy, it is being delivered today for the customer which is the 18th. So the 3 day window etsy gave was correct and I met the expectation. I feel doing it this way is better because the customer gets that almost instant communication that the order is already beginning to come their way. I would feel like if I waited a couple days for the tracking number to be available to then complete the order, the customer might feel left hanging a little bit, because they would place the order, then not hear anything for a few days. As opposed to placing it and hearing back within 24 hours, then getting another update when they can track.

134 sales in 1.5 months!
Quick little success story + a couple shoutouts 🙌 I opened my Etsy shop two months ago, still unsure of what exactly I wanted to sell, and uploaded my first listing half a month later after seeing one of Tom’s TikTok videos, and it pushed me to actually give it a go instead of just thinking about it and leaving my shop empty. Fast forward a bit and we’ve now had around 134 sales since opening, which might be small to some people but it’s a great start for me and proof that the process works. Wanted to give a quick shoutout to the PrintShrimp team. Their prices have stayed really competitive while still keeping the quality high, and the customer service has been great. One of my customers had an issue with an order after the delivery banged up the poster a little bit, and they got back to me the next day, ready to replace it, no questions asked, which makes a huge difference when you’re running a store. And of course, the biggest shoutout is to Tom for the TikTok content that got me started in the first place. Keep pumping the content bro, there are many people like me that just needed an inspiration on what to sell and how to get started, and your videos provided that. Still early days, but excited to keep creating 🚀

Can we get a quick guide dedicated to upscaling?
I was having issues using upscale and the image still being nowhere near big enough. I came in here to try and find help and I can see that many many others only over the past few days have been having the exact same issue. Do you think someone could make a quick guide dedicated to the process of how to upscale properly so the file size is big enough for big prints but also so the file size isn't absolutely huge, all without losing quality? It gets a bit confusing lol. I think a short guide would be massively helpful and appreciated!

@Jack Gowan Spot on make thanks so much. I've followed those steps. Only issue I have is when i put the poster into A0 size it is slightly too small in its original size, but I know you said previously that you stretch out. So I'm assuming you just make the image a smart object in PS and stretch it to fill and the quality still remains fine?

@Jack Gowan I noticed that Tom and other sellers dont seem to sell in A0 anyway so I just skipped it as well but I appreciate your reply
