Hey everyone! My name is Jake, and I’m based in Louisville, KY. Why I’m here: I've recently learned about curative title through conversations with other investors. The research-driven aspect of curative work really stood out to me, as it aligns well with my strengths and interests in real estate. What I aim to accomplish: My goal is to secure my first curative title contract within the next 60–90 days and then build a repeatable process around it. Looking forward to learning from the group, collaborating, and contributing wherever I can.
