Just found your YouTube channel and I like what I see
I am on a journey back to fitness. In the past 15 months I have lost 67 lbs. I am back to the same weight I was when we deployed in 2003 (profile pic). I still have some belly fat to get rid of, but I am working on building up my muscle to get back in the same shape I was back then.

@Keith Hanenian Esq walking for at least 30 minutes a day, target of 8000 steps. I'm lifting twice per week at this point for the past 3 months. I've been using machines at the gym for the majority of my exercises. So the focus has been maintaining my muscle mass. Once I hit my fat loss goal, I'll stop the calorie deficit and work on muscle gains. I like the exercises you recommend on the the videos I've watched so far and intend to work them in and replace some of the machines I've been using.

That is an amazing transformation. I am on the same journey, down 67 lbs and now need to build back muscle!
