Yes, that's very true @Shane Milson . Plants do communicate with us, when there's a fire closeby there's a distress response; when there's a crime comitted they witness it (I remember watching a documentary some time ago about this, that the plant in the experiment who witnessed a human-on-human crime in the room they were in, was able to communicate to those investigating who did 'it' correctly identified!) And, in regards to them 'screaming', that is why when I choose to harvest some leaves or parts of the plant for cooking, or medicinal purposes, I converse with the plant explaining what I would like and what it will be used for, and then ask them for permission. Usually within a second or two after posing the question I get a positive energetic response to go ahead (you'll learn to recognise the more you interact with plants and other fellow beings), and then I also ask them which leaves would be preferable, if 'these' are okay to pick or if other younger or older ones could be spared for my purposes. It's amazing how they'll give guidance, once you've become receptive to their communication! Sometimes when going for a walk, certain plants I give my attention to on previous walks will catch my attention/'call' me energetically speaking. It's like they say hello, and some even give a 'hug'/embracing type of energy. Can I say, I do feel loved by these plants? 🤭

@Shane Milson Incredible, isn't it? I'll have to look up the documentary again, it was a few years ago! For sure, I'll share the link on here when I find it again. Wow, some of the mushrooms would communicate with you to refrain from harvesting them because they are too low in number? Sounds very reasonable to me -- please, don't harvest me now, be responsible, for my kind's sake 😅

This in my estimation is a major reason people wake up feeling un-rested, stuffy, brain foggy and low energy. These modern airtight homes we all live in are slow-motion suffocating us - and no one seems to be talking about it. Consider that every night we spend 8 hours in sealed boxes, breathing back in our own exhaled CO₂. By 3 AM, for most people, the air in your bedroom is often worse than a crowded office. 😖 People drop thousands of dollars on biohacking, supplements, health food, and hydrogen water… yet we go to sleep every night and spend 8 hours oxygen deprived. Our ancestors never slept like this. Even in caves, fresh air was always flowing. The solution is embarrassingly simple: Open the windows🪟 Let real fresh air in 🌬️ Your brain, mood, and energy will thank you.

@Shane Milson yes, the human spirit thrives in freedom, absolutely! 💯 And I like that you are delving into and bringing into the forefront with your posts health topics that tend to be overlooked or aren't discussed often. It reminds me of how much there is which can be adjusted in our day to day life (environment) to support our well-being to thrive (not just survive). Thanks for sharing these insights, Shane! I for one appreciate reading your posts and having my brain 'tickled' so to speak with these less frequented topics. 🙌💐

Most of us tend not to think much of something so ordinary as the air we breathe, and only when we find ourselves in an environment where there's little clean air available (I think of passing through small congested towns here when travelling, smelly pollution from all sorts of things especially the dust from the soil and roads brought in from everywhere is difficult for me to breathe comfortably), only then do we miss and appreciate clean air for our lungs and feeling of overall well-being. 😔
