🥳 Day 4 Win - Gratitude in Motion
👏 Your movement today meant something! Instead of moving your body from judgment + criticism, you moved from appreciation and your body felt that shift. Today wasn’t about how many steps you took... it was about WHY you took them. You told your body: “I move because I care for you, not because I’m punishing you.” 💫That’s a massive energetic breakthrough. 💬 Comment below: Share what you're grateful about your body for today.

I’m grateful that my body lets me walk place to place when I’m exploring the city with friends. I had a great day walking around and chatting with my friend.
🥳 Day 3 Win - Turn the Critic Into Gratitude
You caught the voice and you didn’t let it win! Every time you replaced a criticism with gratitude today, you took your power back. You showed your brain what love sounds like. It might’ve felt weird or even forced at first, but that’s how rewiring starts. Repetition creates safety. 💡 One thought reframed today is one less thought that controls you tomorrow. 💬 Comment below: What was your biggest “aha” moment about your inner critic today?

My biggest "aha" moment about my inner critic is that focusing on what I can't control doesn't allow me to appreciate the things I can control. A friend told me it's hard being over achieving because we give ourselves so little time to process the feeling of achievement before moving onto the next thing. While I've been single, I'm trying to savor the little adventures in life, like exploring a new study spot or visiting new areas of the city. The weather has been beautiful lately, I'd love to just read and sunbath on the grass at Millican Hall. Its important to ground yourself.
🥳 Day 2 Win - Function Over Appearance
💗 You thanked your body today. You shifted from looking at your body to appreciating it. That’s the start of a whole new relationship! Every “thank you” you gave your body today rewired a piece of your mind. You're teaching your brain that your body doesn't need to be perfect to receive compassion, 💫 I'm so proud of you for stepping out of your comfort zone today. These are the actions that bring you one step closer to your dream life. 🌷 Remember: gratitude is how confidence begins. 💬 Comment Below: What's one thing your body did for you today that made life easier or better?

One thing my body did for me today that made life easier was giving me the ability to shower on my own, especially when I feel emotionally overwhelmed. I'm an emotionally sensitive person. So when I'm in a bad mood, I have a lack of motivation to take care of myself. Since my latest breakup, I've had stress naps to alleviate the emotional stress. It's been two weeks, so I've finally calmed down. But if I ever feel in a slump or like there's nothing to do, I shower. So I'm at least taking care of myself. Because not showering can cause hygienic issues that make me feel even worse about my body. So a good emotional reset and way to build self-confidence is by showering. I'm thankful I have the ability to shower.
My First Win
Something I said to myself today is that I should be patient with my body. I just joined the running club to improve my cardiovascular health, so I won't see gains until later. I'm considering joining dance classes, since I'm most passionate about dance. I just went through a breakup, which is sad and demotivating, but also means I have more free time to INVEST in MYSELF.
🥳 Day 1 Win - Meet Your Body Again
This is proof you showed up today! You did something brave today. You looked at yourself with awareness, not judgment...and that’s no small thing! You took the first step most people never do: you paused the criticism and chose to see yourself. 🌱 Whether you said your sentence out loud, whispered it, or just thought it; you planted the seed of self-respect. 💬 Comment below: One word for how you feel after completing Day 1 or share what the kind sentence you said to yourself today? 🎉 Write your answer down below and lets celebrate together!

Something I’ve realized lately is that it’s okay if my body is changing, I’m changing too.
