Why are you here?
Hey folks, I'm doing research to create some ads promoting our beloved community. I want to understand how you got here, how you benefit from this community and what helped you the most. Here are some quick-fire questions: - What made you realize you needed a copywriting coach? What was going on in your business back then? - What had you tried before Launchpad (courses, masterminds, free groups, YouTube)? What was missing? - What almost stopped you from joining? - Share a specific moment that made you joining this community was completely worth it. It could be a piece of feedback, a result, anything. Answer one question or all five, either is fine, and please don't use AI.

@Nabeel Azeez would love to see the lp if you're happy to link
Example of a facebook ad to skool funnel
if it gives inspiration on creating ads for the member created ads challenge (idk what we call it lol) https://www.facebook.com/ads/library/?id=1801930964690191 https://aivideobootcamp.com/start/ https://www.skool.com/aivideobootcamp/about?lp=start&aid=anon_b5da96d1-896a-4095-9ba6-868f92ca50a2&plan=monthly&checkout_value=9

We launched the first batch of member-created ads
Shoutout to @Jente Nuitten. I launched his ads on Friday. They brought in 2 new members within 24 hours. Jente was the one who gave me the idea for spending our own money to run your ads so you can get your case studies faster. He proactively DM'd me and said, > Nabeel, I want to get more creative strategy proof. Can I make some ads for you to run? I won't charge you anything, just use my affiliate link. Of course I couldn't say yes fast enough. Any Copywriting Launchpad member could have done this at any time. YOU DIDN'T. Jente did. And he handled everything from start to finish: - Research - Ideas - Briefs (copy, variations, art direction) - Final creatives (effortless now with AI; though knowing how to use Canva/Figma helps) All I had to do was review, give feedback, and approve. A month from now Jente's ads will have spent thousands of dollars. His ads will have enrolled several new paying members and produced however much new MRR. And he'll have his first (or second or third) real case study. Isn't that brilliant? Imagine taking your Copywriting Launchpad case study to a brand owner or CMO and saying, > Look, I know I'm new to creative strategy, but I've already got this case study. Give me a shot and I won't let you down. This is the kind of proactive behaviour, the kind of BALLS/OVARIES, that launches copywriting careers. And now, because of Jente's big balls, the same opportunity is open to every Copywriting Launchpad member. Oh and by the way, this doesn't only apply to Meta ads. There are several ways we can apply this new member perk. We are only limited by your desire to succeed. I've included more details in the video than I did in my first announcement. So please watch it and when you're done, leave a like and a comment under the video. Your engagement helps the YouTube algorithm show the video to more people. One last thing: Smart members will use this video to make their Copywriting Launchpad membership free.

imma chef something up @Nabeel Azeez perhaps create a shared drive so that we can contribute clips for UGC. people working at laptops, studying copy, writing copy, writing notes, etc. could be a normal gdrive link.

@Nabeel Azeez sounds good on last, wouldn't mind using more clips from more people for social proof of multiple people using the course material / benefiting from it etc but yes good idea on white listing. should you maybe make the funnel two step? with a squeeze page before redirect to skool. cause you'd be relying on people signing up for free trial if you want to communicate again but the skool main page isn't that dialed for conversion imo. can include video testimonials, normal testimonials, and other obvious things and give an overview of the course curriculum / resources / bonuses found inside. not sure how hard it would be to maintain affiliate links like this though.
Swipe VSLs in seconds instead of staring at your laptop for 10 minutes while your screen records
Old way: screen record a VSL for 10 minutes, sit there and wait without doing anything else on your laptop for that period of time New way: send a screenshot and link to hermes on telegram with a clear prompt and have it send the videos to you

Call-Free Coaching for Copywriters (I’m Doubling Down)
When I first decided I’d only do call-free coaching for copywriters, I was being selfish. 1. I didn’t want to do calls. I hate client calls. Why would I add coaching calls to my life? 2. Call-free was the only way charging low-ticket would be worth my while. Otherwise I’d have to raise prices. But the more I think about it, the more I realize it’s best for copywriters too. I’ve mentioned several of these benefits before but I’ve discovered more. 1. It’s convenient for everyone Members: - Don’t have to stay up past their bed-time or wake up at odd hours. - Don’t have to wait their turn behind a dozen other people. - Don’t have to watch hundreds of hours of records to extract insights. - Don’t get hasty answers at the end of a call by a mentally tired coach. Coaches: - Don’t have to find a time that works for everyone (which means it’s inconvenient for everyone.) - Don’t have to spend hours answering low IQ questions, or answer the same questions every week - Don’t have to be mentally “ON” for 2+ hours at a time. - Don’t have to commit to being online at a certain time every single week, several times a week 2. You get the help you need when you need it - How to price a set of deliverables for an email list management proposal - How to answer a question on a creative strategist application - Copy critiques on emails, ads, landing pages, or scripts We need coaching calls for this? You can post your question and the coach will answer it as soon as he sees it. Sometimes in minutes. At most, in a few hours. 3. It forces you to do the work Many people show up to coaching calls as passive consumers. > Do you have a question? > No I’m just here to listen. GTFO. With call-free coaching, the only people who ask questions are the ones who have motion. In order for them to have questions to ask, they have to do things. And you can always tell when people aren’t doing the work. Because they only ask surface-level questions. The kind they can Google the answers to.

great breakdown, i can appreciate call free coaching more because of this. definitely true, i find im only asking questions or trying to provoke discussions about things im actively looking into, working on, or thinking about (which is mental masturbation occasionally). Additional thought, its actually really fair to us as consumers. How often are we apart of a community or looking at an offer that has calls as part of the package, knowing the 50% of the price is for a offer feature they only included so they could charge double the price. Really being forced to pay for shit you don't want nor need when it's the other thing you're wanting. and you have this weight on your conscience whenever you miss one, or can't make it cause you feel like you're wasting money on every call missed not sure if anyone else has the same buying sentiment but if i can tell someone is just cramming shit into their offer so they can justify charging more than what the base product (the part im actually wanting) is actually worth, im steering clear
