I went to see Rascal Flatts last night with my fiancé! They’ve been my favorite band for most of my life and it’s been a bucket list thing forever. Her parents bought us tickets for Christmas and it was so much fun!! Still can’t believe it happened 😊

@Shauna Hay-Viets this was so great!! Mindfulness honestly changed my life when I did it consistently. Your breakdown was so clear and I wish I had something like this when I first learned about it! One of my biggest takeaways that I continue to struggle with is the non-identification. It can be so easy to attach to your thoughts or emotions and say “I am this thought” instead of “I’m having this thought”. It helps so much to create that distance between ourselves and our thoughts/emotions. Thank you for taking the time to break this down!
