It is finally here, exciting 🎉
7 Day Energy Boost. Ok ladies, something exciting has just landed and I am genuinely thrilled about this one! 🎉 (I am jumping up and down hahaaa) I have created a simple interactive app that lives right here inside our community and I think it is going to help so many of you. The whole idea is one focus. Eating a good breakfast. That is it. Because I have seen over and over again that when we get that one thing right, the rest of the day starts to shift too. Energy, cravings, mood, all of it. I see you women, I hear you women and I know you want change but it has to start simple. Perfect, this is exactly what you are getting :) Inside the app I will walk you through it all. A little insight each day, recipes you will actually want to eat, and a progress bar that makes you want to keep going. Trust me, Day 7 feels really good. 😄 If you are brand new here, perfect timing, jump straight in. If you have been with me for a while, well, we all know how life can creep in and knock us off track a little. 💛 Seven days. One focus. Let's go. Who is in? Start the 7 Day Energy Boost here Keep the sunshine in your pocket! Kelli 💛

Kelli, the recipes all look great. As I have already bought organic oats and chia seeds, I might start off with the one that has cherries and walnuts. I love eggs also so I will try those out as well. Thanks for the info and I look forward to reinventing my breakfast from my boring old "weetbix" into something a bit more healthy and nutritious.
Live 24th Feb: Kelli's journey
This was just a casual session where I shared my story and challenges that have shaped me into who I am today. I am grateful for all of them and cherish the "fruits". I love to create more connection in this portal so that is the reason I am talking about my journey, sharing my thoughts and feeling around that. Maybe it inspires someone :)

26 Jan-1 Feb 2026: Healthy Fats
Hi everyone! 💛 Topic is fats, this is a big topic because of the relevance and importance for your health but you will see very soon that it is actually not that complicated. I am sharing with you how the heathy fats benefit your health, I break it down to which ones should you eat more and in what temperature and give you some super simple tips to make it easy for you. 1) The meal plan is packed with lots of ways to incorporate more healthy fats into your diet — from olive oil and avocado to nuts, seeds, eggs and oily fish. 🥑🥜🥚🐟 PS.I would recommend to skip the snacks in general if anyone here is aiming for a weight loss. It will reduce the caloric intake significantly. 2) To make it even easier, I’ve put together a PDF guide that talks you through all the key fats, when to use them, and which ones are best for cooking versus eating cold. 3) In the video, I’m diving deeper into the benefits these good fats give you, sharing tips on: - How to get the best quality fish - How to know if your vitamin D levels are optimal - Practical ways to include these fats in your daily meals PS. Sometimes, on top of regular diet, it is necessary to recommend supplements for omega 3 that are a high quality. In this group context I am not able to do that but you can always get in touch with me if you have a need :) If you haven’t downloaded the SKOOL app yet, don’t forget — here’s the link so you can stay up to date with all the content, guides, and videos: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.skool.skoolcommunities&hl=en_AU I am keen to ready any comments or reply any questions here on the post !! Very interesting topic, Kelli. I know that you suggested going to the fish market, but in the meantime, are there any "healthy" fish options that you can buy from Coles or Woolies? What about tinned tuna? Also, a dietician many years ago recommended Nuttlelex as an alternative to butter as a healthy option which I have been using for a long time. Just curious as to your opinion. Thanks. 🙂

Thanks Kelli. It's interesting that a dietician recommended Nuttlex for my son all those years ago. I look forward to the topic on inflammatory oils. My other big topic of interest are all the alternative dairy options instead of milk. Sorry if I'm bombarding you with too many questions as I have such a big interest in nutrition!!
16-22 Feb 2026: Supergreens
Hi everyone, This week we’re talking about supergreens — spirulina, chlorella, barley grass, and wheatgrass. Over the years, these are the four I’ve recommended most often because they’re versatile, easy to use, and incredibly supportive for energy, gut health, inflammation, and detox pathways. One thing I’ve noticed in my own practice: it’s best to start slowly. Many people try to take the full dose on the label straight away, which can leave your body feeling overwhelmed or even bloated. Your system often needs time to adjust — so start small, notice how you feel, and then increase gradually. Supergreens are one of those foods that can boost your health without stress, as long as you use them wisely. 👉 Have a favourite supergreen, or unsure which one to start with? Drop a comment — let’s share tips and experiences! For Premium Members Inside the premium section this week, I’ve added: • A video "Supergreens: What Mistakes To Avoid" explaining the differences between spirulina, chlorella, barley grass, and wheatgrass — who each suits best and common mistakes to avoid. • A PDF handout summarising benefits, flavour profiles, and gentle dosing guidelines so you can confidently choose the right one for you. • This week’s meal plan showing easy ways to add supergreens to your recipes, with notes on where to mix them in. These tips make supergreens practical and enjoyable, without overwhelm or guesswork — so you can get the benefits consistently. Let me know in the comments if you have questions about supergreens or want help choosing the right one for you. PS. If you haven’t yet, download the Skool App for quick access wherever you are:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.skool.skoolcommunities&hl=en_AU

Thanks Kelli. I have been using BioGenesis Chlorella and Spirulina. You know how I feel about spirulina 😝!! I have found that there has been a noticeable improvement with my skin and nails on chlorella compared to spirulina but for post-covid, and just energy in general, I gather that spirulina would be the best from what you said in the video?
9-15 Feb 2026: Stress
Hi everyone, This week’s topic is stress — it can slowly sneak up on us, and often we don’t notice it until it starts affecting our body and mind. Many women I work with are naturally carers — we think ahead, we worry about others, we organise, we feel and support. It’s a beautiful strength, but it also means our minds can stay quite active. Over time, this can build into low-grade, long-term stress without us even realising it. I notice this especially often with high achievers — and I include myself in that group. We tend to think everything is under control because we’re managing, getting things done, and moving forward, so we assume there’s no stress. But what I often notice (in myself and others) is that the mind stays very busy. We don’t fully switch off when we get the chance, and over time that can start showing up as: • poorer sleep quality • mood changes • feeling a bit more reactive or overwhelmed • or simply not being as present as we’d like to be Stress doesn’t always look dramatic — sometimes it’s just a constant background pressure, decision making and tempo. Keep in mind that even with health and mindset, we can organise ourselves to be overly busy and put pressure on ourselves. The key is to relax into what you are doing and enjoy your journey without rushing. The outcome is better, believe me. 👉 I’d love to hear from you — have you noticed stress showing up in subtle ways lately? Inside the premium section this week, I’ve included: • A video " Stress Awareness, Why Is It Sometimes Sneaky" where I go deeper into why stress can be so sneaky, how to recognise it earlier, and simple ways to support your body during busy times. • A PDF handout "Herbal Teas For Stress" with some of my favourite herbs for calming teas that support the nervous system.

Another great video, Kelli. I've been starting to drink more herbal teas than take supplements these days. I agree with the concept of just being mindful and not adding to your list of things to do, even if they are for your wellbeing as that can also cause stress!! Since my 20's, I have been using various supplements and therapies for a myriad of things to do with health-related issues. Now, I'm just focusing on a couple of things, listening to meditation at bed-time, taking magnesium powder or chamomile tea to help with sleep, starting yoga again. That way I am not doing too many things. Hopefully, it works!
