Who is building their own personal AI OS?
Who is building their own personal AI OS from the ground up? I would love to talk to you about your strategies and frameworks you are using. Im getting started with mine and plan to scale it to be a whole team running itself with an orchestrator.

I started building mine a while back and have gotten kind of caught up in the minutiae. Essentially, what I've been doing is pulling the best parts of different agent harnesses that I see (like Hermes and Openclaw) and having Claude Code recreate those features in my own model-agnostic AIOS folder so I have Openclaw memory features a context boot up sequence, etc. If you're familiar with Jack Roberts, he has a cool post on this that goes into a bit more depth if you're looking for more detail https://claude-agent-2.vercel.app/

@Matthew Walter not so much more as an add-on to my main automations and frame the AIOS as a foundation
🚀New Video: I Turned Claude Opus 4.8 Into My Entire AI Operating System
In this video I show you how I turned Claude Opus 4.8 into my full AI operating system that runs my businesses, holds all my context, and replaces the constant tab switching between apps. I walk through the Four C's I use to build it (context, connections, capabilities, cadence), the mindset shift of working out of Claude Code by default, how I organize files and skills, and the bike method for safely giving agents more autonomy. By the end you'll know exactly how to set up your own AI OS and the trap to avoid when you start handing it real keys. GITHUB REPO

Yo thanks nate, for everyone, I found this link to be helpful this is by Jack Roberts. He's talking about pulling in the best parts of different agent harnesses into your own model-agnostic system: https://claude-agent-2.vercel.app/ Thought this was a good mention for this video

@Radu Bogdan sup mate
Is anyone actually selling AI OS builds to clients?🤔
Not trying to be negative, genuinely asking. cause I see a ton of people building them (myself included) but barely anyone talking about actually closing a client on one. single automations? easy sell. "this follows up with your leads automatically." done. business owner gets it in 10 seconds. but try explaining an AI OS to someone whos still running everything off spreadsheets and email lol. they dont want a "system" they just want to stop losing leads or stop drowning in admin work every morning. so whats actually working here? are yall selling the OS as a product? or just building it under the hood and selling the outcomes on top? would love to hear from anyone whos actually closed one of these 🙏 or anyone struggling w the same thing honestly. lets figure this out together

I think people get tied up in the minutia of these systems. I like this link by Jack Roberts where he talks about pulling the best features from different agent harnesses like Hermes and Openclaw and implementing them in your own AiOS folder or workspace that's agent- and harness-agnostic. Found this helpful myself. Thought some of you guys might. https://claude-agent-2.vercel.app/
AIOS Use Cases
Hey guys, this is my first post in this community. I'm new here and want to start off being active, feel free to reach out if you want to connect! I've been building out an AIOS for a while now for my own agency. I've signed three clients in total, lost one, and have $500 MRR right now. Netting $1500 from a separate one off project. (newsletter automation) I found myself getting sucked into building my AIOS, often times not optimizing things that would impact real business results. Very curious what everyone else is using it for and where you guys are seeing the most leverage. Would love to hear some thoughts, thanks!

I like this page by Jack Roberts. He's talking about pulling the best parts of different agent harnesses into your own model-agnostic system. I've been trying to implement the best parts from each in my own: https://claude-agent-2.vercel.app/

🏆 Weekly Wins Recap | May 23 – May 29
From $64K+ in closed deals to first paid projects, first workflows, and first technical builds - this week inside AIS+ showed what happens when builders stop consuming and start moving. Some wins were big money. Some were first steps. Both matter. 🚀 Standout Wins of the Week inside AIS+ 👉 @Jacob West closed two deals in one week — a $22.5K custom software build for a local gym and a $42K AI OS rollout for a mid-market energy business. 👉 @Luca Giovinazzo delivered his first full client project live — 11 n8n workflows, CRM, Telegram bot, inventory alerts, booking system, KPI tracking, user guide, and Loom walkthrough. 👉 @Fadwa Naboulssi landed her first client three weeks into the community — a candidate sourcing workflow on a $150-per-successful-hire commission. 👉 @George Maitland completed his first technical build using Claude Code + n8n MCP — a local content engine with Telegram as the command center. 👉 @James O Neill built a free portfolio site for a friend-of-a-friend’s side hustle… and she insisted on paying anyway. First real money landed. ⸻ 🎥 Super Win Spotlight | @Josh Holladay Josh joined AIS+ because he wanted more than scattered learning. He wanted momentum. Focused content. Better access. And a room full of people actually moving. Since joining, he has: - Closed real client work - Built stronger confidence around pricing and value - Used the portfolio course to get clear on where he was and what needed to happen next - Learned how to turn client conversations into real business opportunities - Found a place to celebrate wins with people who actually understand the journey
