The one metric that predicts your future
Most people track revenue. The smart ones track how much profit they will make on a job and how much profit did they make on a job. When you understand your numbers, emotion leaves the room. Although, one thing I've learned is that often people feel like the only way they can get more out of life is by doing more work and this isn't true. Having a profitable business means you have more money left over for your future. If you want to increase the profit you are generating in your business you can do it in 8 ways. Reach out if you have any questions.

@Jake Rogan Either way at the start its just a blessing to be working for yourself. Although, if people don't focus on profit they may find themselves working super hard all the time.
Why it's important to build systems
Robert Kiyosakiโ€™s Rich Dad model breaks income earners into four types: ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ผ E โ€“ Employee: Works for someone else. Time = money. ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ”ง S โ€“ Self-Employed: Owns a job. More control, but still trading hours for income. ๐Ÿข B โ€“ Business Owner: Builds systems that make money without them. ๐Ÿ’ฐ I โ€“ Investor: Money works for them through assets and investments. Most people live in the left half (employee or self-employed). True financial freedom happens on the right (business & Investor). If you want to be a business owner or investor build a system that works for you and focus on profit. Systems and operations break you free from being self-employed and profit allows you invest.
