Part 10: 8 Ways to Instantly Become a Better Shooter
If you can shoot… you can play. Most players don’t struggle because they “can’t shoot” They struggle because they don’t practice the RIGHT way. Shooting isn’t random. It’s repetition + discipline + detail. Lock in on these… and watch your percentage jump. Which one are you working on? 👇 Train like a pro. — Hinton Hoops

34 Members and on Discovery
Guys, we hit 34 members and 44 followers today! I’m beyond thankful, and pumped to continue growing together. The more members, the more advice and perspectives we get. We already have at least 4 different countries in this community! We are also on the discovery page now, so more people will be able to find the group! So in honor of that, here’s a second post. Drills to do without a ball. I know the numbers are messed up and out of place, but it’s 30 drills without a ball or equipment to help you with your game. AI doesn’t always listen to me lol. You guys have full permission to spam as many gifs as you can in the comments! How are your Brackets for March Madness looking?

Lateral Movements - Defense
Good Evening Guys, Sorry for the later than usual post, I was working and training today. Hope everyone had a great day and is enjoying their weekend! Had a few requests about lateral movements and improving on defense. So I comprised a list of drills that I used to help myself and that were performed in professional practices. They aren’t fun, they aren’t flashy, but they DO work. Get low, go fast, go hard. Reminder, you need to be doing shooting, dribbling, and conditioning daily. The offseason is where the biggest separation happens. How did everyone do in their shooting yesterday and today? Drop your results in the comments! Let’s get better this week! If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback, please reach out! What would you guys like to see next?

The Kobe Conditioning Test
Hey Guys, This is an even more ramped up conditioning test. It has some of the same, but is more intense with a mix of new drills! These are drills Kobe himself used to stay in shape. A few people asked about repeat numbers. Here’s the correct order: 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> Finisher, 10 minutes break, 3 -> 4 -> 5 -> Finisher. Done. Yes, it’s a lot, but being in shape is what really allowed me as well as other players to level up. Being in shape will keep you in games and get you more crucial minutes! Lets me know what you think, how you do, and what you want to see next! Again, thanks for 20 members, let’s keep sharing and growing together! Also please start commenting, it’s been dead in here. If you read this drop 3 comments (a gif, your fav player, and your career high). I’ll start ⬇️:
