How to classify ai automation and agents when selling them to someone 👇
People dont need AI, they really need automation Everyone is rushing to get AI into their business, as they should, but they aren’t doing it the right way They are putting lipstick on a pig, meaning their processes weren’t already automated or finely put out So when you give it to ai, it’s the classic garbage in garbage out scenario Every company should first automate their business and then once that is done, let ai be the ultimate orchestrator In this video I break down how to put every ai automation and agent into 3 classification buckets: 1. Linear automations 2. Ai enabled automations 3. Agentic automations // Also, this clip came from my selling ai automations and agents course I’m running right now. We just finished up our first session where we talked all about how to consult on ai agents and automations. Breaking down how to talk the talk so you can find what people really need when they say they want “AI” the next of 3 is this Thursday where I’ll be breaking down my exact linkedin strategy and how I grew my agency to $80k in under 6 mo from only linkedin When you buy your seat, I’ll get you the recording of our last meeting and then get you added to the future ones https://ghostcoded.com/shop/selling-ai-automation-agents

Very insightful, ai is such a buzz word but half the time people have only seen it in chat gpt or gemini under a google search. I like asking clients/prospects: "If Ai could do X, would that be a no brainer for you to sign up?" it forces them to think outside the specific model they had in their head getting into the call and starts the creative thoughts of "what COULD Ai really do for me"
