As you head into the weekend, remember that if you’re training, your body needs rest and recovery to grow and stay strong. This weekend, how are you planning to recover? Now u mentioned it, extra sleep. It snowed so I plan to be indoors. I wld like tips for what to wear when the weather is frighful & I want toget those steps in. Walking & talking on the phone doesn't get me to my daily step goal.
