Cold email is not dead. You are just not doing it right. Every time I hear someone say cold email stopped working I ask them two questions: What was your offer? And How many variations did you test? The answer is almost always a generic offer and zero testing. So yeah. Of course it didn't work. The channel is fine. The execution is the problem. Thats a good thing; you can change that. Fix your offer. Test your copy. Actually put in the reps. Cold email still books more meetings per dollar than anything else I've seen. And I've tested a lot.
