Wanting to pursue content, but not knowing how
Yo guys! So over the past couple months I’ve been wanting to to pursue content — short-form, long-form, and generally just start the journey of building a personal brand. There’s plenty of reasons why, but the short answers are 1. Wanting to have a place to express myself creatively Withought rules 2. I’ve got a ton to share 3. Building an audience only will have a net positive at the end of the day I travel a ton, and I’ve got a lot of stories I’ve never shared. I love culture, and people, AND business. Part of me just wants a creative outlet that isn’t full of SOPs, systems, or rules lol. But then there’s the other side of me that knows how valuable educational content is for business and lead gen. Especially when you work in AI, and I definitely want to do everything I can to assert myself in the AI world. So now I’m sitting in this analysis paralysis content identity crisis: Do I build two separate accounts — one for the business/AI/value side and one for my personal, lifestyle, and storytelling stuff? Or do I throw it all on one page and let it blend together? Does it matter? Because separating might be cleaner… but then I’m building two audiences. And combining it all might be messy… but maybe that is the brand. For any content experts in here, or consumers Curious what you guys think. Would you follow a chaotic account with everything? Or u like to have accounts for different things @Liam Casey if you’re reading this, would love your take on it too šŸ‘€

@Tighe Clough Yo bro, appreciate that šŸ™šŸ”„ Glad you liked the video - I’ve been having a lot of fun wit this stuff. I actually havent used artlist much I prefer Open Art ( openart.ai/home/?via=itai ) Honestly the ā€œsecret sauceā€ is pretty simple: I basically: - visualize the world I want (in this case, claymation) - generate one strong reference image in that style with nano banana in open art (this one is just broa world building) - feed that image back into GPT to analyze the textures, lighting, objects, etc. so it can help me re-prompt inside the same world - use voice on GPT to describe the scene I want → ask for a prompt - Use that prompt on open art to generate my start frame - think about the final shot (use same process)→ generate an end frame - plug both frames into OpenArt using Veo 3.1 at 1080p - write a prompt that describes what happens between those two frames so the world stays consistent and controlled (you can also use voice here too and ask gpt) That’s it — start frame → end frame → let the model animate the in-between. If you want, I can make a full tutorial video showing the exact workflow. Just let me know.

šŸŽ„ Turning Bad Contractor Photos into AI Gold
Put this together today and wanted to share. I work with contractors and home-service businesses and honestly, most of the time their images and content are kinda ass šŸ˜‚ They’ve got great work, but no clean photos or videos to show it off. So I started generating images and videos with AI… Most AI images are pretty shit, but I got pretty good at it - and wanted to share my exact workflow and prompts. I originally made this for my team, but figured it could help others here too. @Liam Casey — your organization of docs is a INSANE (in a good way) šŸ˜Ž So this whole thing was kinda inspired by how cleanly you build your systems.šŸ™ and I’d love your thoughts on how you’d improve it. Here are the two simple SOPs šŸ‘‡ šŸ“ø Image SOP: [HERE] šŸŽ¬ Video SOP: [HERE] It breaks down exactly how I prompt, my custom GPTs I use for image + video generation, and the workflow that consistently gets the best results. If your clients don’t have media — this’ll fix that. If they do — this’ll make it look better than it actually is.

@Martin Z probably yes. To be honest I originally took this route because I didnt know what the rules were around advertising stock images. So I just made Unique images that were urs... also id like to think I save time by generating what im thinking instead of searching for the best image

šŸŽ‰ BIG NEWS FOR MY Agency Scaling Secrets MEMBERS!
This could be a huge week for a few of you reading this. The kind of week you look back as a pivotal turning point in your journey as an agency owner. Now, I know that's a big promise. But I can deliver - so stick with me for 1 min & read this entire post or you’ll miss your chance before it goes away. Let me explain: About 3 years ago, I had a serious problem going on with how I was operating my agency. Without going into the full drama, I basically was about ready to throw in the towel and completely give up on my agency. It was a strange time to be considering this because we were actually growing really steadily. I had paid ads bringing me a 15X ROAS, some months we brought on 16 new clients. We were even right around the ā€œmagicā€ 7 figure run rate mark in cash collected each month. However, I had endless client dramas, sales team members would come and go causing a lot of volatility, I was having endless team meetings, still taking sales calls here and there to pick up the slack etc. I was working 12-15 hours a day and there was a thought I just couldn’t shake from my mind. ā€œThis isn’t what I signed up forā€¦ā€ When I asked myself, is this all worth it? When I was honest with myself the answer was no. I was stressed, burnt out, in ā€œgolden handcuffsā€ and not enjoying the business. I was paying the bills (handsomely as well)But I KNEW… THERE HAD TO BE A BETTER WAY. And then BAM, it happened. During this difficult time, I decided to flip the traditional agency model on it’s head completely, that if it worked it would mean I’d be making the same if not MORE profit from my business with less than HALF the work. I thought to myself, "ya right, can this really work?ā€ But when you are desperate enough and have your back against the wall - you’re open to any possibility, no matter what it takes. Well, I’ll tell you right now…. … I’m sooo thankful I did open up my eyes and committed to myself to this solution because today - I made it a reality. Because of that decision, my life & agency completely transformed.
