Morning routine Walk 30 min Yoga 30 to 40 min 1 set each exercise ahista ahista set bahro ge Breakfast at 10.00am 1 roti with shimla qeema +ichari kahri beef +1 egg Sleep time km tha fajr kai liye jo uthna hotaa but me again yoga and walk kr kai 7 bje soge 9.00am uthge thi

Meal update
After having a roti egg and kofta curry one hour walk done ✅ Garmi BHT energy bilkul drained but still managed some walk and yes weight check kya ta another one kg down current weight is 78.5 from 90kgs

Morning at 8.00am Daliya with nuts badam kismish pista kaju and mix seed add honey for sweetness and 1 egg Morning snack 12.00pm 1 boiled corn Lunch 2.00pm Fruit 1 apricot and 10 cheeries and 2 chapli kebab Evening drink Garmi bht thi so i drink 1 glass mangoshake without sugar i add honey for sweetness Dinner 6.00pm 1 roti with mash ki dal 2 chapli kebab salad and raita Night drink Green tea Water intake approx 1.5 liter Exercise dr recommend 20 min Walking

Almost drank 2.5 to 3 liter of water.... Took 70 g roti in bf lunch and dinner with eggs in breakfast And beef sslan in lunch n dinner Trigger hour was 5 pm tea craving But somehow I controlled
