I couldn't eat that much today cos I couldn't have protein for my final meal so yeah. Ik it says like 500-600kcal left on the tracker, but its prolly more like 400-500 cos of my veggies ๐Ÿ’ช

@Kody Hull I think I did well cos I'm vegetarian and I'm still getting a good amount of protein in. If there's something I could adjust it would be to try and get more protein in through making my own food, but that is expensive and I don't think my parents would allow it.
Day 1 of Tracking my weight
Attached is my weight tracking for today. I'm an Indian vegetarian, 15yo bulking. I will say that today was WAY better than usual, and I know it says 193 calories balance but I did have a snack which should amount to at least ~150 kcal if not more, so that's sorted.

@Kody Hull Probably Rice and Daal which is basically like Lentils. 400g of Rice and 300g of the Daal, and I usually have 200g Yogurt with some Granola on the side. All in all, it's like 28g of Protein. I will say I can't have it every day though, cos it mainly depends on if my mom cooks Rice n Daal for dinner but she does a good 70-80% of the time, otherwise I'm either lucky cos she cooks something like Rice n Chickpeas/Beans or I'm fucked if she cooks something with less protein. If you're talking abt smoothies however, I have my own smoothie recipe which is basically my main source of protein, which I have in the morning. I won't get into the specifics of what's inside it cos it's a lot, but it's 38g of Protein which is pretty amazing for a vegetarian diet.
