Which meal from your Country would you share?
With so many members from so many places around the world, I'm curious, if you could share with the rest of us, one meal from your country, what would it be? I'll start. For me, I would have to go with Texas Style BBQ. Usually beef that's been smoked for 12-16 hours and tender enough to fall off the bone. (plus it smells amazing all day while it's cooking) What about you?

Fufu and eru from Cameroon
@Aaron Greeno Eru is a traditional meal which originates from the Manyu people of the South West region of Cameroon. It is made from a vegetable called eru and scientifically known as Gnetum africanum and another vegetable that's similar to spinach we call it locally as Water leaf. It is accompanied with other ingredients like crayfish, dried fish, cowskin, beaf, palm oil etc. Thank you for taking an interest in my local delicacy
