Relocation
Let me keep this message short. This community was created because I wanted to make Calisthenics education free for everybody. Anybody that came to Caliversity would be able to learn any skill and achieve their calisthenics goals WITHOUT needing to pay a single cent. So far, I have made that possible with this platform, but irregardless, the founders of Skool are looking more towards community monetisation, which is a goal that differs from mine. With that said, I intend to shift the resources that I had placed here 9 months ago to my own platform, under the name Caliversity. The website is still under the works but it will be released before GTA 6(I had to 😭) I'll announce the release of the website in my first youtube video in 2025. Caliversity will remain here for 6 more days - until 16 February. Until then, I'll see you all soon!

Sad to see this great skool community go but can we keep the current courses for free or will we need to pay for each one now?
Shoulder pain
Two days ago after training, my shoulder started to hurt the next day but I’m not sure it’s a injury, it’s not too bad but it’s making me weaker in dips, how can I make the pain go away?

From Skinny & Insecure to Strong & Confident: My Own Transformation Journey
Growing up, I was always the skinniest guy in the room. I started at 50 kg (about 110 lbs) with almost no muscle. That feeling of being overlooked, not being taken seriously, and even a bit invisible was tough to shake. So, I started working out at home, hitting push-ups and whatever calisthenics I could manage, determined to change. Over the years, I went all in. From training with bodyweight exercises to eventually bulking up in the gym, I pushed myself to lift heavier, eat cleaner, and stay consistent no matter what. Today, I've added almost double the muscle and even built my bench press up from a humble 75 kg to a solid 105 kg. That journey from skinny to strong wasn’t just about my physique, though—it’s about confidence and self-respect. The gym taught me resilience, patience, and the power of showing up every day to work on myself. It’s an investment in who you’re becoming. Your Turn: What’s your biggest goal in the gym, and what are you willing to do to make it happen? 💪

What was your muscle building body weight routine fire physique 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hey
My name is Isak Yk (15) and I would like to get a better physique but also get my reps and basics higher (50 push-ups, 15 pull-ups) since I had lost some of my strength. I would also like to re unlock the muscle up and 90 degree hold

Day 1- redemption
I was doing very well in calisthenics but then for some reason I stopped doing it and I lost some of my strength so I want to get back to my 35 push-ups and 10 pull-ups atleast or increase those numbers
