Thank you for last nigh practice. It was wonderful experience! I was wondering if we can do Brain tap 2 times a day ? One for stimulation on a subject and one before going to bed, is it to much for the brain? And when we want to work on a struggle/wound, how many session the average that we need to start feeling a shift? Last question the new path ways we create with Brain tap, the benefits stay in time or it's something you always have to activate ? Ex: anxiety or loosing weight thank you

@Pavel Aeon thank you so much for your comments. My struggles that I over come and still working on it: judgment from people that I know, worried about their opinions. It's hard to promote your products online, it's a new aventure for me because I'm a massage therapist, contact live one on one. The Internet connection is wonderful and at the same time difficult for creating a space. I'm doing my best to learn and applied what I'm learning here. I will be present tonight!

We Opened a Vortex Last Night in St. Pete. Now It’s Your Turn. Please Help us strengthen it ❤️
Last night in St. Pete, after a couple months of integration and building, we finally gathered again for a full System Reset. Breath. Movement. Stillness. Truth. And we closed the night the way we always do — in our signature group healing circle. Praying for Earth. Praying for humanity. Praying for those silently carrying something heavy. And in that moment, something very clear came through me. This transmission is not meant to stay in one room. So we are opening it to all of you. Right here. Right now. We are going to consciously create a vortex of healing intention together. Here is how: In the comments below, write a wish for someone who needs it most right now. But write it in the form of the already realized outcome. Not “I hope she heals.” But: “She is fully restored and vibrant.” Not “I wish he finds peace.” But: “He is grounded, safe, and deeply at peace.” Name the person (or keep them anonymous if needed). State the outcome as already done. Then take one full minute. Close your eyes. Feel it as real. Send it. With you giving, you receive. This is not just poetry. This is physiology. This is neuroscience. This is field coherence. Here is what science shows: • Studies on compassion meditation show activation of the vagus nerve, increasing heart rate variability and emotional regulation. • Research on loving-kindness meditation demonstrates increased positive affect, reduced inflammation markers, and greater social connection. • Heart-focused group intention practices have shown synchronized heart rhythms, which influence collective nervous system states. • Neuroplasticity research confirms that the brain does not strongly distinguish between vividly imagined and physically experienced states. When we feel an outcome as real, neural pathways begin forming around that reality. When we gather in coherent intention, we regulate not just ourselves — we regulate the field around us. Compassion is contagious. Safety is contagious. Healing states are contagious.
