RIP CONNOR MURPHY
Sad day for the fitness and self-improvement community. Whether you followed Connor from the beginning or discovered him later, it's hard to deny the impact he had on an entire generation. He inspired millions of people to step into the gym for the first time, build confidence, overcome insecurities, and believe they could become a better version of themselves. Over the years, Connor evolved far beyond fitness. He constantly questioned ideas, explored new perspectives, and challenged people to think differently. You didn't have to agree with every conclusion he reached to appreciate his willingness to explore, learn, and push boundaries. His passing is also a reminder that curiosity and experimentation should always be balanced with caution. Progress comes from asking questions, but it's just as important to respect the risks involved and prioritize safety. More than anything, let's remember Connor for the motivation he gave so many people to improve their health, pursue their goals, and believe they were capable of more. Rest in peace, Connor. Your influence lives on through the countless lives you changed. I'd love to hear your favorite Connor Murphy memory or the video that inspired you the most. Let's celebrate the positive impact he had on so many of us. ๐Ÿ’™ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEfQlYD7AiE

RIP Conor, i hope you have found peace brother. we are rooting for ypu down here
I wanted to ask you guys something.
This Friday's live was originally going to be another biohacking Q&A, but after everything that's happened with Connor Murphy, I'm considering dedicating the entire live to him instead. Not just to remember him, but to talk honestly about what we can learn from his journey, the good, the bad, the lessons, the misconceptions, and the future of brain health and human enhancement. Would you rather make this week's live a Connor tribute and discussion? Vote below: โค๏ธ Yes, dedicate the live to Connor. ๐Ÿ‘ Keep it as the regular Q&A. ๐Ÿค” Maybe spend half the live on Connor and half on Q&A.

I tested 5 nootropicsโ€ฆ and the results surprised me.
Watch the discussion here: https://youtu.be/UwFoEjeTF5k?si=nSgZChZ9oUl5qj2z Over the years I went through periods of sleep deprivation, burnout, brain inflammation, and mental fatigue. That led me to experiment with different approaches to improve: focus memory wakefulness overall cognitive performance One thing I noticed is that many popular over-the-counter brain supplements didnโ€™t work for me personally. So I had to rethink the approach. Instead of chasing short-term stimulation, the focus became understanding how different neurotransmitter pathways affect cognition and why rebuilding foundational brain function mattered more. In this video I talk about my personal experience exploring different nootropics and what seemed to make a noticeable difference for me in terms of mental clarity and day-to-day thinking. This is a discussion about personal experience with cognition, learning, brain health, and sleep quality โ€” not medical advice. Question for the community: Have you experimented with nootropics or brain stacks? Which ones actually made a noticeable difference for you? Curious what people here have found useful.

they are a few plces in europe. I have a coiple of good ones compared to new brand that I tested, and feelt the dfference I dont have nothing to compare them to like swiss chem from the states, so I cant say if bad or not? So they are no escape to it, test each brand until you find what fits you.

Cartalax
Cartalax. This is a game changing bioregulator (small amino acid chain from the Russian Dr. K's original synthetic creations). I am starting at 1mg per day but I will go up to 2mg at some point. If you aren't familiar with bioregulators you run them for 10-20 days, maybe 30 days depending on use case. Frequency depends, again on use case, but generally one cycle per quarter is the most that's really been tested. There are some bioregulators some people are running a lot more frequent though! In Russia these are OTC and really shows you how some propaganda against how Russia treats their people has been way over blown. There might be sinister reasons to keeping the public healthy as possible for as long as possible but right now that's a whole lot better then how the US has literally pushed poisons into the everyday citizen diet...things that are outlawed in most countries. Hopefully RFK Jr fixes this cabal for good...
