For me I bought a tripod to start getting better content. I also started phase 3 for me in my program and I'm getting back into that DB mode again after gaining my weight. Been staying consistent with my diet Small wins stack up.
I keep showing up EVERYDAY I get some football content in for the visibility. I learn to understand and listen to my body (when I can go 100% and when I need to chill a bit) I feel like the more we get towards the season the more confident I get and this is good compared to where I was last year from a mental standpoint
