Whats my focus today?
I got my workout, then got a sprinting session, and a lil DB session Focused on being intentional in how I'm moving the weight, and for sprints my focus is to explode and drive back on my first 3 steps out the gate. For the DB session I'm focused on foot placement and being intentional w that. What yall focused on today?

What yall do this week to get better so far?
For me I bought a tripod to start getting better content. I also started phase 3 for me in my program and I'm getting back into that DB mode again after gaining my weight. Been staying consistent with my diet Small wins stack up.
