You may not be a goal oriented person, but why don't you humor me and set 3 goals for the New Year's, specifically around health and wellness. Try to make these goals specific and actionable. For example, instead of "I wan't to lose weight," you would say, "I want to lose 15 lbs by May through improving me diet and exercise routine. 1 - increase strength training from one to 2 times a week 2 - remember to come back to my training and eating routine after longer trips (I tend to forget some elements for sure) 3 - Learn a few breathing techniques and incorporate into my daily routine
