@Faith Adebayo Oh awesome! Something that helped me start almost every good habit was this mentality.. "my life is never too busy where I cant sit down for 3 minutes to meditate" 3 mins turns into 5 sometimes and 5 sometimes turns into 20. I did that with walking as well. 🌞Just start with getting some sunshine on your face and walking right back into the house.⭐ That small action might turn into "well I guess I can just take a stroll around the block" (: I understand being busy of course. Its tough managing business, relationships, wellness and projects.
