I would love to share a strange experience I had. I know that many people believe butterflies can sometimes be signs from loved ones who have passed on. Yesterday, I was helping a friend clean an apartment where her father had recently passed away. Later that evening, when I returned home, something unusual happened. All of my windows were completely closed, yet there was a butterfly in my room. It was larger than a moth, but smaller than an ordinary butterfly, and it was a soft beige color. It was flying around near the lamp, and I kept wondering how it could have gotten inside. After a while, I sat down on the couch and continued with my evening. Suddenly, the butterfly changed direction and flew straight toward me at full speed. It came right to my stomach area, and then, just like that, it disappeared. I looked around, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Of course, I can’t know for certain what it was, but in that moment I couldn’t help wondering if it might have been my friend’s father stopping by to say hello before moving on. Whatever the explanation, it felt like a very special and meaningful moment. 🦋

I dreamed that I was lying in bed looking toward the kitchen, and there was a large amount of water spilled on the floor. It was still dripping. I quickly went into the kitchen and started drying it up. Then I thought, “That’s strange, how did so much water get here without me noticing it earlier?” Just in case, I looked at my hands. I remember thinking how funny it was because this was obviously real life, so why was I even doing a reality check? I looked at my hand and saw five fingers. Then I looked again, and there were six fingers. At that moment, I realized it might be a dream. As soon as I became lucid, I did what I usually do — I started flying. I flew around the room for a little while. Then I wanted to go through a mirror because I love that pleasant feeling of entering a mirror portal. I walked into one of the mirrors without saying anything. On the other side, there was a stone wall with a small stone structure built into it. Inside the wall was a tiny house, and tiny people lived there. They were only about half a finger’s length tall. Then I came back out of the mirror. I remember thinking, “This mirror is boring, there’s nothing interesting here.” So I decided to try another mirror. I went through it, but after that I don’t remember anything else.

I had a dream today that I was in a small town. People were being gathered and directed into open squares throughout the town. Then, suddenly, bright white triangular objects began falling from the sky and striking people in the upper back. They were killed instantly. I have no idea who launched them or where they came from. They just appeared out of nowhere — one after another, rapidly, everywhere. After that, people were being chased as well. I was standing under the eaves of a building, watching everything unfold. Somehow, I knew that I must not leave that sheltered place and step into the square, because anyone who went there would be killed. I even warned someone who was with me not to go out there, but most people ignored the danger and ran into the square anyway. What makes this dream especially interesting is the symbolism of the triangle. 🔺 Spirit – Body – SoulThe three points of a triangle often symbolize the balance between spirit, body, and soul. 🔺 Past – Present – FutureA triangle can represent the bigger picture of life and the path of destiny. 🔺 Creation and TransformationIn many spiritual traditions, the triangle is a symbol of change, rebirth, and new beginnings. 🔺 Higher KnowledgeAn upward-pointing triangle is often seen as a sign of wisdom, spiritual growth, and higher consciousness. 🔺 Strength and PowerBecause it is one of the most stable geometric forms, the triangle is also associated with strength, order, and influence. In my dream, however, the triangles were not just symbols. They seemed to act like a higher force or a powerful event that arrived suddenly and unexpectedly. To me, the dream felt as though something unexpected could come from a higher authority or a powerful force — whether that represents a government, an institution, or some other influence. People are not expecting it, and it catches them completely by surprise. The white triangles seemed to symbolize a sudden event or truth that brings an old way of living to an end.

I don’t have words for yesterday breathing session, really guys it was mind blowing. It was my first time to experience something sooo deep. I was in other dimension. I began to see a golden light. Then I saw that I was an Egyptian man and I was lying on the ground, as if I had been wounded and was dying. With the next stage of breathing, animals, drawn in the Egyptian style, jumped before my eyes. Then I felt my whole body sliding down the mountain and then coming up again. I disappeared several times and came back with a fright. I have never had such a strong experience with breathing. When I went to sleep, my subconscious brought me a vision showing me a larger block of myself, what actually happened in my childhood and who I really am. That was yesterday's experience. Hi all this months breakthrough breathwork will be cancelled until june 4th as my gran recently passed over and i need some time to integrate before holding space .
