Well gang… EVERYTHING is live –> inside the classroom 🎉 I worked my booty off putting together 42 stellar recipes for our reset. You’ll also find a handful of desserts, a couple fresh side salads, and some core daily staples like granola, nut milk, and nut butter to keep things simple and doable. This is not about perfection. Substitutions are always welcome, and you definitely don’t need to follow this to the T. Think of the recipes and daily menu as a guide, not a rulebook. I added two shopping lists, plus what I’ve already grabbed to make it easier for you to jump in. If you’re missing something, unsure about an ingredient, or need a swap, drop a comment or shoot me a message. We’ll figure it out together. Make sure to check out the calendar too. All live calls are scheduled. If you can’t make one, no stress, replays will be shared daily in the classroom. I’ll be traveling the next four days, but I’m planning to pop in Sunday with a quick video on how I’m prepping for the challenge. Simple, real-life, no-fuss style. I am SO excited for these next two weeks. We start Monday 🥳 PLEASE NOTE 👀 The PDF and menu will not open within the classroom. Not sure why however they open when I post the in the comments. The recipe PDF will stay pinned below and the menu PDF is also posted below! My apologies!!

@Jenny Rader-Bakos I bet!
🫶🏻 A little vulnerability 🫶🏻
Yesterday there was a thread in one of my favorite plant-based communities, Plant Positive 🌿 which gave me an opportunity to open up and be a little vulnerable. Chatting about something I don't talk about often. Most people just assume my journey over the past 15 months has been easy peasy because of everything I have achieved and reversed. What most people don't know is that I was a hard-core carnivore for years leading up to my decision to become plant-based. One day I was devouring 2-3 steaks a day and the next I was eating a completely raw-based diet of fruits and fresh fruit juices. For the 1st 6 months of my journey I was completely raw, high fruitarian. It was the easiest and hardest thing I have ever done! My results and watching vegan documentaries are what have gotten me through these past 15 months. I like to tell people I am plant-based for my health and vegan for the voiceless 🦌🐮🦬🐷🐑🐐🐇🦃🐓🐣🦆 Something else not a lot of people know is that out of all my family and friends, I am the only vegan. My husband and I have been together 18 years, married for 13 years and he is still an avid hunter. We used to hunt together! I even have a scope scar between my eyes from 2 years ago! Man I rocked my noggin hard with his 7mm 🦧 My husband has no desire to become plant-based, let alone vegan. I cook my vegan meals every night and he is always welcome to join me. He does about 75% of the time. The other 25% he is on his own, usually having frozen burritos, pizza or chicken wings. Most of those days it is very hard. Certain smells still get to me 🫣 The thought of the harm that went into making those meals gets to me BUT I have also had to remind myself over and over that I did not fall in love with him based on what he chooses to eat or not eat. That being said, he is also my biggest supporter! He is kind and thoughtful. Like last night, asking me if pizza was going to bother me. Gosh the first 2 months I was raw it was rough and he was so supportive. He even put our toaster oven outside to prepare his foods so I didn't have to endure the smell. He would even eat outside if he could tell it was getting to me.

Banana milk – SAY WHAT???
Who doesn’t love a good bowl of cereal? My inner child still does a happy dance every time I pour one 🫶🏻 But when the box is empty and the craving hits… I make the next best thing. Fruit cereal with banana milk 🍌 Banana milk? Yep. And it’s as simple as it sounds. I toss 2 ripe bananas and a pinch of vanilla powder into my Ninja, add about 12 oz of water, and blend until it’s smooth, creamy, and dreamy. If it’s too thick, just add a splash more water and blend again. Then comes the fun part. Fresh fruit. This morning it was sliced strawberries, but any berries work beautifully. The best part (for me) this still follows my fruit only morning ritual! Throw on some cartoons and boom… morning made ✨
