Agree with you to a point, but “I’m trying” can also mean you are actively working at whatever you are doing, but have not yet achieved it, or it’s still a work in progress. Example is getting better sleep or a better sleep schedule. You begin with the go to bed and wake at a scheduled time each day, but until you get “used to this schedule on a regular basis”” or “can’t get to sleep easily or stay asleep”, you are still in “I’m trying” stage. But overall, I agree with your statement, a person is either doing something or they aren’t.🤔
THE REAL MEASURE OF FAT LOSS IS...
It's not the scale weight. It's not how many days in a row you can go without carbs. It's how loose your pants fit! It's the notches on your belt going down! I want to share with you guys ANOTHER core reason why you shouldn't fixate so much on the scale. You can be losing PURE BODY FAT even though it doesn't reflect on the scale. This can change the way you start seeing fat loss. And it can help you stay in the game longer... which is the name of the game. ➡️ Comment "PANTS" and I'll send you the breakdown.

I've been reading up on Buddhism a lot lately...
And I recently came across a Buddhist story that's over 2,500 years old. A king couldn't control his habit of overeating rice. The Buddha didn't put him on a diet. He didn't shame him. He didn't tell him to use more willpower. Instead, he gave him a simple phrase to repeat before every meal. That tiny interruption changed the king's life. The more I thought about it, the more I realized: This isn't really a story about rice. It's about why most people fail to change. We try to rely on motivation. We create extreme rules. We think we need more discipline. But lasting change often comes from something much smaller: A pause. A reminder. A moment of awareness before the habit takes over. I made a short video breaking down the story and how it connects to modern habit psychology and sustainable fat loss. Comment RICE below and I'll DM it to you.

Q&A date change‼️‼️
This weeks session will be on Wednesday 9am BKK time Instead of Tuesday. Please advise! It will be reflected on your home dashboard. I have a Thai Verbal test for my permanent residence application. Wish me luck so I can stay in this gorgeous country for a long time 😏 Drop your questions here in the meantime⬇️⬇️⬇️

Cheering you on! You got this!
No more confusion on what to eat for fat loss! 💪
When in doubt: build the PERFECT PLATE ✅ These are the meals I build for my daughter. A good balance of: - protein - green veggies - starchy carbs - fibrous and nutrient-dense fruits - rice when she feels like it In my humble opinion: we adults should be eating the same way as our children, just smaller portions! (Most of the time) Don't get me wrong -- she doesn't clean the plate EVERY meal. But we've implemented a few key strategies that helps her eat her full meals rather than snacking throughout the day. Would you eat these meals? 😄
