Introduction
Hi, Iโm Irfan currently 20 years old. I weight 95kg currently used to be 98kg. My height is 168cm and planning to start calisthenic as I canโt even push up my body weight. Hope to be fit and strong for the future. I am currently from Singapore.

@Francis Ii I will say my first one will be to start to get a proper position for push up and try to get 25 push ups. I can barely do one and I can say that Iโm not in a proper posture. I will start with 10 and go up slowly.
