Outreach question
Hey guys 👋 I’ve been grinding IG outreach for my web design offer, but I feel like I’m spending way too much time just finding leads instead of actually messaging. Right now I’m: - Using PhantomBuster → scraping businesses individually → then checking their IGs - Trying Instagram’s Explore tabBoth work, but it takes me 3–4 hours just to get 50 qualified leads. What’s the best way you’ve found to consistently get ~50 qualified leads a day on IG without it eating up the whole day? Ideally something where the leads are actually a good fit (small businesses that need a better website), so I can spend my time on outreach instead of endless searching. Would really appreciate any hacks, systems, or workflows that cut down the time 🙏

Ive sent around 30 messages on IG since Monday - got some replies but they all are pretty negative. This is what my convos look like..... would love some feedback. Also if i get left on seen multiple times do i let it go or do i reach out 1 or 2 more times a week later (maybe it was not right time)

@Matt Spencer What is an example of some free value….Something like Hey i was on your website earlier and saw that (specific bit on website) might not be working. Fixing this can help with increasing conversions. Or is the free value something more technical
Help with Outreach
Hey everyone, quick one – been grinding Instagram outreach lately, trying to get web design clients. I’ve been manually finding trade businesses (plumbers, electricians, landscapers, etc.), checking they have bad sites, and then sending them a short DM asking if they want me to break down how to fix it.But most of them are just leaving me on seen or not opening it at all. Not sure if: 1. My permission video/script isn’t strong enough 2. I’m just not following up well enough 3. Or maybe I’m not targeting the right people? Anyone dealt with this or got feedback? I’m tryna figure out if it’s a volume thing or a messaging thing before I adjust strategy.”

I need some advice
Hey quick question — I’m stuck between switching niches and could use some input.Right now I’m targeting car dealerships, but I feel like: - They’re not really active on Instagram (which is how I want to do outreach) - Their websites are a bit more technical - And there aren’t really easy templates for their industry, so I either have to build from scratch or pay a freelancer, which cuts into profit The only reason I haven’t switched yet is because I’ve already done a bit of work for that niche (like website + content), but I don’t want to stay stuck just because of that. I’m thinking of switching to something like coaches, medspas, real estate agents, etc. If you were me, what would you pick? Or is there a better niche I haven’t thought of?

@Nicolas Lelis It’s more using it as Outreach. I will cold DM on instagram and send them this video to try book calls
