1.Ioannis Konstantinou and i train at a local gym in cyprus. 2.i have been doing bjj for almost three years. 3. my confidence on the feet has gotten better but its still at a 4,i basically can survive or do fine in the grip fight while doing almost nothing when wining it but when fatigue or someone who is skilled in stand up i crumble. 4.i think the thing i struggle the most is good getting sprawled on and basically a lot in the department of shots 5.i should learn takedowns that i go to my knees but ill also dlove to learn ducks and throws and stuff like that
