@Ingmar Mareen and I held a workshop this morning I would love to host more like this inside the community. (Don’t worry it won’t all about be yonis) Instead I moved through the day in a bit of a daze, a calm, grounded feeling of being back in my body. Most of all, I felt grateful. Grateful to have connected…with my yoni, with women, with art, with words, with presence. I found myself writing her a love letter. “She brought me life. She brings me pleasure. She holds my creativity. She is sacral. She loves me. She makes me feel whole. She is intimate, sensual, alive. Empowered. Feminine. Divine.Sacred.Wise. She is me. And I am her. ✨” What are you feeling in this season?

I absolutely love colours. Colour theory was my favourite class while in art school - I find it funny how someone’s colour pallets say a lot about who they are inside. Growing up my favourite colours were blue and yellow, in my teens I loved ‘Tiffany blue’ like most millennials I think 😂 now I still very much love blue and yellow, but I also have ventured into shades of green. What got me thinking about this today was my daughter grabbing all her favourite colours from a set of pens. This is her pallet. It matches her bubbly, loving, ‘girly’ and kind personality 🤍 for reference Ive never been a ‘pink girl’ grew up skate boarding and wearing baggy skate clothes, and she does ballet, wear pink every chance she gets and does not like anything baggy or loose 😂😂

Hello lovely members 💛 I woke up this morning and realized that I hadn’t officially scheduled any Sip & Spark sessions for February yet. I want to be real with you. This week has been extra full as I’ve been working (a bit too much) and preparing for upcoming events, Vulva Workshop tomorrow at 8:30-9:30am, IRL Drum circle, and a family trip to Costa Rica for my 40th. I truly value our time together and never want to show up half-present or half asleep. So today will be a mini-postpone, and I would love to make it up to you, with and intentional Sip & Spark instead ✨ Thank you for always being such a supportive and understanding community.
