Trying to get shifty
Guys how do I get more shifty, like I struggle to shake off my defenders in games, and I've been doing some shifty drills for the past 3 weeks and I'm not seeing any results, What can I do to get shifty.

@John Medow The ankle is not that swollen but when I try to move it or do some ankle circles it hurts
