Award Letter!!!!
So I believe I just got my award letter today! I was doing my schoolwork and got a pop up "To do" list that pretty much outlined how much everything is costing and gave me a bunch of numbers I barely understand and all I had to do was sign it! Not sure if that means financial aid is coming soon, but I believe things are moving now! I will keep you guys updated!

@Ashley Medina you need to go on and click student services and then financial aid, tell the AI you want loans. That’s the only way to get kickbacks as far as I know. As an independent student adult, you can get $9500 a year direct to you.

The future
Got my shipping info done today. The laptop that's going to take me through the rest of my Maestro school work; and into my better future. Will be on the way soon.

it was exactly 19 days from the day I signed until it was delivered. They waited until the 13th business day to actually ship it out.

Laptop?
I tried to ask while ago through reddit, but it said posts about laptops are blocked. Has anyone received their laptop yet? If so what kind do they send and how long did it take?

@Madison Page yeah it sucks. I guess I’m too deep in to quit now so I’ll just finish my AAS here but I’m not re enrolling for the bachelors. I’ll go somewhere else for that.

Current School Laptop Update
I have been checking the website almost everyday of the business that supplies our school laptops and good news, the MacBook Neo’s in every configuration are all on back order and The MacBook M4’s are no longer available. So we will be receiving most likely 13 inch Macbook Air M5 16Gb 512gb SSD, 10 core CPU 8 core GPU. This is the cheapest MacBook available on the insight website and it’s $1,147.99 A major upgrade from what was originally promised which was an M2 Air. Also the M5’s lowest ram storage configuration is 16gb/512gb so that’s very fortunate for us.

@James Hart I plan on finishing so no big deal honestly, I just won’t put my personal iCloud on it. I already have a MacBook Pro but it’s the 2019 core i9 16gb

For those of you who took out federal loans…
How long after filling out the loan request form did it take to get the email about giving your direct deposit information? I filled it out over a week ago and nothing yet…
