Bio: Started cycling in 2017 after being talked into doing a 100 mile charity ride. I didnt own a bike and I hadn't ridden a bike for 40 years.Love it now.

I'm 59 male in the UK cycled all my life.its time to to get this weight off and in doing so improve my health before BP and cholesterol goes to high
