1,200,000. Appraised 1,000,000 - 1,000,000. MAO is 840,000 "had offer around 1 million" Its 5b/4b on water, great views all round, can hunt, ride the mountains. fish and boat. Plus the front view is nature cuz that plot in front has watery ground so no homes will block the view. 35 years old. Great condition, he built it so he took care of it. Can rent for 10k/ m or 500 a night. I worried on the price to offer. I'm not tryna get a big fee, just 5k min for my bills. Im also worried on the questions I should to make sure its a good prop. Ive got some out the way. I want to be sure since a huge opportunity for him, me and my business so I dont wanna mess it up. Im scared. Is it reasonable?
