Day 8 - Motivation Dips 📉
I’m feeling a lot better today than yesterday!!! Got into my Bible this morning and just kind of reset my head and my heart :) I know a few of you were feeling the same way yesterday as well, so if that was you, I hope today feels a ton lighter!!! Going through my journey the past 2 years I’ve learned that not every day is going to feel high energy or motivated, and that’s okay. Butttt we don’t need perfect conditions show up. We just keep going and meet ourselves where we’re at. Even a small effort still counts. Even showing up in a simple way still matters. We really do get to decide the direction of our day from wherever we are standing! Proud of you for staying in it and not giving up on yourself :))) you are building perseverance!!! Day 8 - Motivation Dips 📉

Today I felt so much better and even went thrifting with my mother in law! Found stuff for my classroom, found cute decor for my house, stopped at a coffee shop that bakes gluten free items! Even donated items out of the house! Something that helped me turn my morning around when I wasn’t hungry was packing these 3 items to still have protein easily available. I found these silicone bags for portion sizes and works wonders to carry protein powder. It even came with a funnel!

Day 7 - A WEEK IN!!!
ONE WEEK INTO THE SPRING RESET!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW?! 🔥 Pause for a second… you showed up for yourself for 7 days. That’s not small. That’s EVERYTHING. I don’t want you just flying into the next week like it didn’t matter though take a minute today and actually reflect. What did you do WELL this week? When did you push through even when you didn’t feel like it? What felt hard but you still showed up anyway?! THAT is the stuff that builds you. You’re stacking proof right now. Proof that you can follow through. Proof that you can show up even on the hard days. Proof that you’re becoming someone stronger. I know for a fact every single one of you has at least one win this week… probably more than you’re giving yourself credit for. ✨ BONUS: drop a WIN below!!! I don’t care if it feels small… those are usually the ones that matter the most. Let’s hype each other UP!!! I’m so proud of you guys. Yesterday wasn’t the best day either. Wasn’t feeling the best and stayed home all day. BUT today was so much better and I am so close to my steps!
Day 6 - Community Check 👯‍♀️
Take a second today and really look at the women around you doing this WITH you. You’re not doing this alone. You’re surrounded by women showing up on the hard days, choosing better, and pushing through the same thoughts, struggles, and excuses. That matters. There is so much power in being in a room (even a virtual one) full of women who are trying. Who care. Who refuse to stay the same. This is exactly what we stand for becoming our best while helping the women around us rise too. Hype her up. Encourage her. Tell her you see her. Because the strongest communities are the ones where women build each other up, not compete. Hype another girl up in the comments! Bonus: invite a friend who you know would love to be in this with you 💌

Happy Easter Sunday 🤍 Today feels a little different. It feels slower, more intentional, focused on renewal, grace, and fresh starts. And it actually ties in perfectly with today’s reminder: You won’t always feel motivated… Motivation isn’t something you can rely on every day. Some days you feel full of energy and ready to go. Other days feel heavy, slow, or just “off.” But mindset is what carries you through both. Even on days like today holidays, rest days, family days you still get to choose intention. You still get to choose how you show up for yourself in small ways. Not perfectly. Not intensely. Just consistently. Because growth doesn’t only happen in the grind… it also happens in the quiet moments where you choose not to fully check out on yourself. So today, give yourself grace but don’t abandon your mindset. You won’t always feel motivated…but do it anyway. Bonus: share and Easter pic from today!!!

Easter this year was a little different! We hauled sheep to my dads to put on his pasture, we had Casey’s pizza for lunch, came home to a cow in labor and ended with trav and I pulling a big bull calf.
Day 4 - WEEKENDS :)
let’s gooo 👏🏼 this is such an important one. Weekends matter WAY more than people think. If you really break it down… There are 2 weekend days out of 7 → that’s about 28–29% of your entire year 😳 So if every weekend turns into: “start over Monday” “completely off track” “all or nothing” You’re basically pressing pause on your progress almost a third of your life. That’s WILD when you actually think about it. Here’s the thing this isn’t about restriction. This isn’t about not having fun, especially with holidays, events, or time with your people. Epically with Easter weekend!!! It’s about being intentional. You can: – go out to eat – have the dessert – sleep in a little – enjoy your life AND still: – get movement in – hit your protein – stay hydrated – keep promises to yourself Because the goal isn’t perfection… it’s consistency. The people who see results aren’t perfect! They’re just the ones who don’t completely disappear on the weekends. So going into this weekend, ask yourself: “How can I show up for myself AND enjoy my life?” That’s the balance we’re building 🤍 Bonus: What’s your favorite Easter food!?

Steps done before 5 pm is a win for me! It’s been a busy Saturday, feeding cows, moving my meat birds, and working sheep. My favorite Easter food is definitely ham and cheesy potatoes
