Best diet for a cut?
Yo yo yo let’s try and get this going a little bit’ Keep it friendly, but let’s try and have a little debate here. What do you guys think? The best workout is in terms of how many days a week you should be training for maximum results during a cut With the goal being fat loss and then on top of that what’s your favorite cardio to do in a cut and what’s your favorite diet plan/food to eat in a cut ?! I love stairmaster, lean red meats, fruits, heavy weights, and my 3 low and 4 high carb days a week! Works for meπŸ”₯🀟🏻 Let’s find what works for youπŸ‘Œ

I have always been told that you can’t increase muscle gains. Is this true? Also, what do you mean by low and high carb days?
Who am I?
Good question. Greetings from Los Angeles, AZ/Tucson, AZ. Former Div 1 athlete (rugby) and now a college professor, vocal coach and stage performer. Simply put, I’ve let myself go and a result faced health issues. Trying to remember what healthy feels like again. I forgot what swoll felt like. The goal? A photoshoot and to discover who I am again. But also meet other peeps like y'all that can hold me accountable and in return I will the same. I have like 40 lbs to lose and replace with muscle.
