What actually started to change things
For me, things didn’t start shifting until I changed my approach. In June of 2025, I did a genetic test… And in July of 2025, when I reviewed it with a doctor, it completely changed how I looked at: - nutrition - supplementation - recovery I wasn’t trying to lose weight. I was trying to figure out what my body actually needed. And once I started making changes based on that… things started to shift. Energy became more stable. Afternoon crashes weren’t as intense. Recovery felt different. Nothing extreme overnight. But clearly moving in the right direction. Curious — what’s something you’ve tried that actually made a real difference?

Can you provide the link for the exact precision genetic test you had done

@Igor Krasnoperov thank you I’m reading up about the test now from the link you provided
Energy first
Energy first. Everything else follows. When your energy is off: Your work suffers. Your business slows down. Your patience at home drops. Your relationships feel heavier. Your thinking isn’t as sharp. Most people try to fix everything else first. But it usually starts here.

@Igor Krasnoperov what is your average HRV now ?
1% better each day
Nothing around energy really changes overnight. At least that hasn’t been my experience. What I’m starting to see more clearly is that it’s tied to daily habits… The small things you do consistently. Sleep timing. Hydration. How you fuel. How you recover. Not one big change — but a lot of small ones stacking. I just picked up Atomic Habits, and it reinforced something simple: 👉 1% better each day adds up. Curious… What are a few daily habits you have right now that you feel are actually helping your energy?

The other day at the gym I was planning on a swim workout but some of the guys that I play basketball with saw me and convinced me to play with them as I would be the 10th and then they can have a game .. so I did gave me some cardio but wasn’t what I had in mind to do and then missed my swim session .. I should have just told them I can’t but got pressured into it .. need to keep my end goal in mind as the most important..

@Igor Krasnoperov agreed. I went back the other day and only took my swim bag so I wouldn’t even have my basketball shoes with me. This time they didn’t see me but if they had I could have just told them I don’t have my basketball sneakers so I can’t play. So I learned to just go with a specific bag fir the sport I want to do
The Single Domino That Changed Everything
Most people think my transformation came from better workouts… or more discipline… or dialing in supplements. Wrong. When I actually sat down and analyzed the past year, there was ONE move that triggered everything else. The precision genetic test. That was the domino. Before that, I was doing what everyone does — guessing. Trying things. Tweaking things. Hoping something sticks. After that? Everything became targeted. → Nutrition stopped being "healthy" and became specific to me → Supplements stopped being random and became intentional → Recovery stopped being reactive and became strategic And here's the part most people miss… The test itself didn't change anything. What changed everything was how it removed uncertainty. No more guessing. No more conflicting advice. No more wasting time on things that don't move the needle. That's when real progress started compounding. I broke down the full story on YouTube this week — link below if you want the details. But I wanted to bring the real conversation here, with you. https://youtu.be/CeCDrUzqli4 Now I'm curious — What's the ONE domino in your life right now? The thing that, if solved, would make everything else easier? Drop it below. Let's break it down. 👇

Been looking at different supplements googling and researching. Spending alot of time .. first fix I now did was i am only looking on the NSF certified for sport website to see which products they certify .. then I will make a decision based off that .. not claims that each supplement company makes on their own website or which athletes are promoting it . That is now a standard for me .. if it’s not on the NSF certified for sport website I will not have it

@Igor Krasnoperov thank you. It now makes choosing a lot easier less choices and I know the few choices had to go through very extensive constant testing to continue with it’s certification
Title defended. 1st in AG. 1.5 minutes faster than last year.
Title defended. 1st in Age Group — same race, one year later. But the result that matters more: I was 1 minute 28 seconds faster than last year. Not because I trained harder. Because I trained smarter and recovered better. Everything I've been tracking, adjusting, and documenting is showing up on the race course. That's the whole point. This one's for every man in this community who's been told that getting older means getting slower. It doesn't have to. What is your latest win? Share 👇
