Street Players Since 2001, My Specialty has been collecting chunks of cash from strangers in 10 min or less. I talk to dozens of people daily and hundreds weekly. ( And many of them are truckers! ) I've been pretty consistently doing this for almost 25 years.. It's the same as when I was going door-to-door in My Twenties-except, NO boss and NO waiting on a check. Straight cash. And this cash-collecting capacity allows me to be more selective about who I Dispatch for, bc I'm not thirsty.. And I think Nothing of rejection! I know that I know that I know I know, on the other side of that desert, is My Money.. šŸ’øšŸ“ˆ Over the decades, needless to say, I've met dozens and dozens of players-but never another who carried one of these.. It was a concept I brought with me to the street from My door-to-door Kirby days, ( '97, '98 ). I learned the Value of keeping up with the numbers. For example, since I have this clicker, I know that I talked to 69 ppl today, and I made $1015. So that means everybody I talked to today PAID ME $14.71, whether they bought anything or not. Say what?! Yes, bc I had to pass thru them to get to the Buyers. I only concentrate on input. ( 'l will talk to 60+ people today.' ) Then the Results take care of themselves. See what I'm saying? Again rejection means Nothing! 🄱😚 I was doing this many, many years before the Internet.. So today, it suddenly dawned on me that the ENTIRE concept of Meta Ads Manager-and the like-are based on Concepts and Tactics that I have been practicing for almost 30 years. It's automated and on a far higher scale-but the Principles are the exact same.. Silicon Valley just stole and systematized the game! šŸ˜„ We often see this repeated--like how Madame CJ Walker PIONEERED direct sales networks, with thousands of trained agents selling door-to-door, person-to-person across the country. Her system was later copied and scaled by household names such as Avon, Mary Kay and Tupperware.. Or how poor people in Harlem, Chicago and Detroit used to put their pennies together and bet small amounts on the 'numbers game'. THOUSANDS of poor people were sent to jail for this! Then the government directly copied it, legalized it for themselves, computerized, taxed and CONTINUE to tax it in their ongoing, extremely profitable State Lotteries..

Hello! I started all of this training two weeks ago. I have taken the steps to get started. I got my first carrier from a warm lead/ word of mouth! šŸ™ŒšŸ» I now have shell shock and don’t know where to start. So I started scrambling back through my notes. A pro dispatcher has structured time to communicate effectively and keep one step ahead of the freight market. Here's what one real day looks like: šŸŒ… 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Prime Booking Hours That's when the best-paying loads drop. A pro dispatcher already knows: Which states are hot today? Where their drivers are What RPM they need to hit And which lanes to avoid Example: If your Reefer is finishing in Chicago at 9 AM, you already have 3–4 load options pulled before the driver even calls you. šŸ“ž 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Negotiation + Load Planning This is when dispatchers are: Calling brokers Rate negotiation Send carrier packets Lining up tomorrow's options Example: You book a Flatbed load delivering tomorrow morning, then immediately start scouting outbound freight from that delivery city. Pros are always one load ahead. šŸ½ 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Midday Check-Ins Quick updates with drivers: ā€œHow's the pickup?ā€ ā€œAny delays at the receiver?ā€ ā€œETA still good?ā€ You also update brokers to keep the relationships tight. Example: If your Dry Van driver is stuck at a warehouse, you message the broker early to set expectations this is where detention gets paid. šŸ“Š 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Paperwork & Market Awareness This block is for: Rate cons PODs Bills Researching today’s market moves Example: You notice rates are dropping in the Southeast this week, so you start routing your trucks toward stronger Midwest lanes. 🧭 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Tomorrow’s Strategy A professional dispatcher never starts the next day blind. This is where you: Create your lane diagram Look into hot zones Prep load concepts Confirm driver availability Example: You call your driver: ā€œYou'll drop in Oklahoma City at 10 AM tomorrow — I'll have a high-paying load ready before you empty out.ā€

I live in Philadelphia, PA. and I plan on making $25,000.00 per month dispatching trucks I’ve been driving trucks now for seventeen years and am working on getting my own authority and becoming an Owner Operator.
