@Hooman Mardox I hadn’t thought of it that way — appreciate the clarity. I’ll narrow the focus to agency owners and prioritize 20 interviews to validate the problem before building further. For those interviews, what kinds of questions would you suggest I ask to make sure I’m validating the right way?
