How did you figure out who you coach?
So I am wondering how you went about discover who your ideal customer is for coaching? I’m having trouble figuring out who I want to serve and balancing that with a niche that is not super saturated and where my ideal customer can afford my services. All advice appreciated Dylan

Don't start by trying to “pick a niche.” Start with: "Who already comes to me for help, and what do they repeatedly ask about?" That usually gives you a better clue than trying to invent an ideal client from scratch. Then look for 3 things: 1. Pain - Is this a problem they think about a lot? 2. Money - Do they already spend money trying to solve it? 3. Access - Can you actually find/reach these people easily? Then test a few small offers instead of marrying a niche immediately. Once you have 5-10 paying clients, the niche usually becomes way clearer.

@Dan Harrison But you are not maxed out on delivery? So why cap it at 100?

REQUEST FOR FEEDBACK — The 90‑Day Clarity Rebuild™
I’m finalizing a new 90‑day clarity program for high‑earning entrepreneurs and executives who are successful on paper but quietly overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, or running at a pace that’s starting to cost them more than it gives them. Before I lock it in, I’m looking for feedback from 10–20 people who fit this profile (or know someone who does). 🔥 THE REAL BOTTLENECK At $125K–$500K+, your mind becomes the constraint, not your skill. Too many open loops. Too many responsibilities. Too many decisions stacked on top of each other. This program is built to solve that. ⭐ THE PROMISE A 90‑day rebuild of your internal operating system so you can: - make clear decisions - protect your personal life - hit big goals - without burning out This is not coaching. This is an OS rebuild. ⭐ THE SHAPE OF THE 90 DAYS The program moves through four phases: 1. Stop the Leak — identify what’s draining your time, energy, and clarity 2. Rebuild Your OS — install new mental, emotional, and behavioral systems 3. Reclaim Your Time — eliminate overwhelm and protect bandwidth 4. Lock It In — make your clarity permanent This is the structure I want feedback on. 💰 PRICE BAND $4K–$6K, depending on start date and support level. ⭐ LOOKING FOR FEEDBACK If you or someone you know: - earns $125K–$500K+ - feels mentally overloaded or stretched thin - wants to hit big goals without sacrificing home life Drop a checkmark and I’ll send you the full offer breakdown. In exchange for your feedback, you will receive a free 30‑minute Clarity Session (normally $300). Appreciate you. Your insight will help me finalize this so it serves the people who need it most. RJ

I’m not sure someone wakes up thinking: “I need a 90-Day Clarity Rebuild.” I’d probably sell the lived problem harder: “I’m making good money, but my brain never turns off.” Or: “I can handle the business. I just can’t keep carrying all of it in my head.” Then let “clarity” be the result. Also, I wouldn’t lead with all 4 phases yet. First prove people want the outcome badly enough to raise their hand. Then build the perfect OS around them.
Question for those using Instagram or Facebook DMs
Hey all. I would love to hear some perspective from folks who've been doing this longer than I have. I wake up most days expecting to see responses in my dms. But it seems like I just have to chase people. I've heard it said that it can take more than eight different touch points before a sale. But I've got people who are like yeah let's book a call and I'm totally down and all that stuff and then they just don't follow through. I would just love some perspective on how much level of follow-up is "normal" because I'm honestly dreading going back to work on my business because it just seems like I put so much out there and get nothing back.

Totally normal. I used to hear “yeah, let’s do it” and mentally count the sale. Big mistake 😄 Until the call is actually booked, it’s just polite interest. I’d follow up 4–6 times, lightly: “Still want to do this?” “Want me to send 2 times?” “Should I close the loop for now?” Make the next step stupidly easy. Don’t keep re-selling the whole thing. And don’t let one ghost become a full-time job. Follow up, yes. Chase forever, no. The real cure is having enough conversations that one silent person doesn’t wreck your Tuesday.

I help Skool owners generate cash pops from their existing members using a specific post format, and I get paid $5K for every $10K we generate.
