Turn your old agency into an offer and auction it off. Could be: “Done-for-you recruiter-in-a-box for [industry you know best]” License it. Profit share it. Package the backend systems + a little sales coaching. Use what already works to bankroll the pivot. No need to burn the old bridge, just turn it into your first product.

@Andrew O Callaghan If you never wanna touch recruiting again... good. Don’t. But that doesn’t mean you can't squeeze a fat payday out of what you already built. Instead of teaching or running it... turn your agency into a “done-for-you lead machine” for someone else. Call it a 90-day client-getting sprint for other recruiters. Or contractors who do want done-for-you. Sell it off in an auction, one-time license, rev share, whatever gets you paid and free. Hell, package it with your CRM, scripts, the old VA SOPs… call it “the construction hiring engine” and let someone else drive it.

Go where they’re already bragging. Search Twitter for “$20k MRR” or “hit $30k this month.” Find the guys posting screenshots, milestones, or looking for feedback. Then DM them. Keep it short, and focused on what's in it for them. Bonus: if they post often, they’ll give you better feedback and shoutouts later.
