What brings you JOY?

Yes! Love that. Joy has been a little lacking with me to. That to-do list is strong in me. Joy was with my daughter this morning for one on one time, squeals of excitement when I see a Pelican or a black swan in the pond out the front and belly laughs with my kids x

Why I came to Skool...
After more than 20 years in health and healing, supporting others through their challenges, growth, and transformation, I realised something important: Real transformation doesn’t often happen in big, dramatic breakthroughs. It happens in small, consistent & conscious moments. It's the little things we do everyday that shape us, and greatly impact our health and well-being. I wanted a space where self-care isn’t something we talk about once and forget, its is something we practise. Together. This community is not about perfection, it's about showing up everyday. It's about aware & present... remembering to care for yourself in the middle of your everyday, real life. And if I’m honest, I need that rhythm too. So I built the space I wanted to belong to! A place free of judgement, where we encourage and support each other to be the version of ourselves that we want to create! So I am here, committed to my growth, health and well-being one conscious moment at a time. How about you? What brings you here...?

Yes! I’ve tried to live unconsciously and it wasn’t easy or fun. Now want to shift to love and gratitude and live in that frequency each moment.
Self awareness for self-care...
For me, self-care is bringing our conscious awareness to what we choose to do for ourselves. So much of what we do everyday is unconscious (about 90-95%!!) as we act from our subconscious patterns (many of which are created from age 0-7 years). What is something you have to do today, that you can bring a more conscious version of you to?

Drink a glass of water. Take a breath, enjoy the feel of it and be grateful that I can get fresh water so easily.
