Bradley
Hello @Bradley Trede thanks for joining this group. It will be a little quiet for the moment as I will be in South Africa for February and March (from Eastbourne, UK). Please do connect with the members as I know some will want to use your expertise. Take your time and talk to each in turn and find out what their focus is.

2026 Going to be different?
Aspirational goals are valuable — they give us direction, energy, and a sense of purpose. But when our goals are so far removed from our current reality that they demand constant strain, they stop inspiring us and start draining us. I’ve seen people push themselves so hard toward unrealistic targets that the journey becomes miserable, and burnout becomes inevitable. A healthier approach is to set goals that are ambitious but achievable, built on progressive thresholds rather than one giant leap. Think of it as creating a ladder instead of a cliff. Each threshold represents a meaningful step forward, something you can realistically reach from where you are now. As you meet each one, you build confidence, momentum, and clarity for the next. Big dreams are wonderful — but they’re best pursued through steady, sustainable progress. Structure your goals so they stretch you without breaking you, and you’ll stay motivated long enough to actually reach them.

Feeling Overwhelmed?
As we roll into a brand‑new year, there’s one sneaky enemy that trips up more businesses than any algorithm, competitor, or economic wobble: overwhelm. It creeps in quietly, piles up fast, and before you know it, you’re juggling ideas, tasks, and “shoulds” like a circus act nobody asked for. But here’s the good news — overwhelm isn’t a sign you’re failing. It’s a sign your system needs a tune‑up. And that’s exactly where our advice comes in. We help you swap chaos for clarity, scattered effort for simple structure, and that constant “I should be doing more” feeling for calm, confident action. Let’s make this the year you stop drowning in noise and start running your business with ease. Ready? Let’s dive in.

Overwhelm is real, and doesn't everyone pretty much collapse the day after Christmas! The celebrations are lovely, and spending time with those most important is a treat. And then, it's done. Sigh of relief—aaahhh, that's better. Really like the "Capture everything so nothing lives in your head." Yes. My yoga teacher used to say exactly that - we're all way too much in our brains. We need to do the physical work, the spiritual work, and get back that balance.
